I loved the Thai style hotel and the garden! It was private and quiet. Breakfast was expensive.

It looked so pretty and inviting. Beautiful gardens. The staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. We wanted a room with 2 beds and the one they had for us had the beds pushed together. They had one with 2 beds available so they gave us that room instead. We didn’t take the breakfast offer as we had early morning tours but it looked great. We had the ‘do not disturb sign’ on our room and when we got back, there was a basket with clean towels and more drinking water hanging outside our room for us. Our room was very comfortable. It was walking distance to the outdoor market, massage places and lots of places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little gem with nice set up, pool and friendly staff which is conveniently located. We really enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere while being close enough to walk to many places within Chiang Mai Nothing

We had a wonderful stay at Banthai Village. The design of the hotel is beautiful and full of charm. The service was warm, generous, and attentive. We slept so well – the rooms are very comfortable. The food we ordered at the restaurant was delicious. Overall, it’s a truly recommended place to stay!

Location was great. Staff was really nice and helpful. Wanted a scooter and they arranged one for me and my friend... It was a little more expensive by 50 baht, but the scooter was brand new and nice... I was willing to pay the extra for a better scooter... About 1.25 dollars per day only... I also had to go to the hospital for a medical reason and they arranged everything for me... Hospital was great.. Only cost 50 dollars out of pocket for meds and visit... Pool was great.. Room great Location great. The staff was fantastic..

The location was perfect...easy access to everything including restaurants, night markets and the Old City east gate. Food and drinks were very good. Staff were extremely pleasant. Pool and dining area was lovely. Pillows in room were very uncomfortable. There was some very disturbing noise 2 nights in a row...think it came from residents beside hotel.

Well located, very peaceful when it’s so close to the noisy streets. Lovely polite and helpful staff. Offers a good breakfast too. The shower wasn’t always hot, usually just tepid.

Breakfast was pretty good. Small selection but very tasty. Pool was nice but only open until 8pm as it was located by other rooms. Great location Quite loud rooms as you could hear other guests very easily
