The location was good - within walking distance to the older part of town, and to the night bazaar. The hotel was on a quiet Soi, in a good neighborhood - and seemed to be a rather new establishment. There was something VERY wrong with the plumbing system in the bathroom. When using the shower, a strong open-sewer smell filled the entire bathroom. This also happened when flushing the toilet. Keeping the bathroom door shut helped somewhat.
