Very central , free parking just across the road , beautifully designed and well thought layout . Slippery bathroom floor - would be good to have non slip bathmats .

We really enjoyed our stay. We were all so surprised by how large the space was when we first stepped into the room—it honestly felt like walking into a townhouse. It was two stories with 1½ baths, and everything was super clean. Each room had its own theme, which was listed in the elevator—a really cool and thoughtful touch. We stayed in the Premium Quadruple Room with two bedrooms. We stayed as a family with two adult children, and the layout worked really well for us. The primary bedroom had a king-size bed, and the lower bedroom had two twin beds. The bathrooms were modern and clean with great water pressure. The primary bathroom was upstairs, and the main bathroom had a great layout with the tub set slightly apart. It was really relaxing, especially with the soaking tub and the cascading plant, which gave it a spa-like feel. The hosts were very nice and incredibly accommodating. We switched hotels at the very last minute, and they were able to check us in right away. While there isn’t a 24-hour front desk, we didn’t need one and it wasn’t an issue at all. There are only three rooms in the entire establishment, which made it feel very private. The neighborhood felt safe, and the hotel also has a security lock on the front door, which added an extra sense of security. The location is walkable and on a main street. We had a balcony overlooking the street, but traffic noise was very minimal. There’s also a laundromat conveniently located across the street. Attached to the boutique hotel—and owned by the same hosts—is a small wine bar with a classy feel. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy it. We wish there were a few more hangers, as there were four of us sharing the space. A full-length mirror would have been nice as well, though we found this to be common during our two weeks in Thailand.

The location near the famous city gate of Chiang Mai and the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar is very convenient. If you have a lot of luggage, be wary that the elevator is bit small.

Excellent property in a central location, walking distance to many shops and sites. Friendly staff, room spacious and clean. Entrance through a bar was bit odd but felt secure with security lock leading to rooms. Lots of stairs to reach upper level, no elevator but staff helpful to carry luggage up and down.

Lovely clean comfortable room. No outlook but a good base to stay in Chiang Mai. More like an Airbnb than a hotel. We were in the regular rooms rather than the suites so access was through the wine bar. We didn't meet anyone from the hotel during our stay. A cleaning lady showed us to our room on arrival but the room was comfy, clean and quiet:)

This is an amazing spot to stay in Chiang Mai. The location is perfect! We had amazing views of the fireworks, lanterns, night market for our stay during New Year's. The room is spotless and very big for a family of 4. The staff was super helpful in arranging transportation to/from the airport. Had coffee pods for us for the morning, robes to use and very comfy beds. I would love to stay here again! Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

It’s a hidden gem. The whole level is the unit that I stayed. The elevator opens up directly in front of the unit. Private access. Nothing that I didn’t like.

Easily the best place we’ve stayed in Thailand. The whole suite was incredible from the entrance, to the hall way, the bathroom and the bedroom was beautiful. The shower and bath were stunning and the bed was large and comfy. Snacks and drinks were a lovely touch. We were very sad to leave this place and would love to revisit. Nothing.

Funky room and colours, big TV with netflix, enjoyed staying in room and resting, cool wine bar downstairs. The door locks were a bit fiddly.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room is very comfortable. It is convenient walking location to many sights and was easy to get pickup for tours. For the price, this hotel does not offer any extra amenities (eg gym, breakfast, free water refill). The hotel staff was not very helpful with local recommendations (such as great restaurants or coffee shops) or excursions (such as tour company recommendations).
