The location, the design, and authenticity from the photo. The place looks just the same in the application. Dont have lift, the staff wasnt there when check in, they didnt give you any notice about that and luckyly there was Thailand couple guest helped me to call the staff and explained to me how can i get the room key.

Everything is very clean and furniture is brand new. The old city is just 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The soaps provided by the hotel had a fantastic smell The hotel is on a main road in the city. We could hear all sort of noises from the street because the corridor leading to the rooms was opened without windows. If you can sleep with earplugs then no problem. The staff barely spoke English and they didn’t tell us some important infos on accessibility of the hotel during the night or about self check out . The room is really tiny and some extra hangers would have been useful, especially in the bathroom

It's a nice building: very spacious and easy to access. Almost everything was loose: the door handle, the toilet roll holder, the faucet... It was still functional with a little care, but it would take much effort to fix them

location is very nice. clean. minimalist comfort The staff were very kind and responsive. Although it is a new building, the air conditioner is old. The water temperature in the shower is perfect, but the water pressure is weak.

Great location. Close to the bus stop and train terminal and a quick drive to the airport. Walking distance to the night bazaar and Tapea Gate. Modern and comfortable room with a big shower. Friendly staff and exceptionally accommodating to our travel times. Cute little coffee shop downstairs.
