Walking distance to many different places. This is a quaint hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. The pool though small was refreshing after a day of being out in the heat. Gecko in our bathroom was a bit unsettling. I think they often open the windows when cleaning. He didn’t bother us too much.

Room was better than we imagined. they provided us a bigger than we initially booked. Silent area - not many loud noises at night. Room was clean, no bed bugs were present. Not far from old city, around 5-10 mins walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel fully matches the description

The location of the hotel was great! Near some nice cafes and convenience stores, but to us, most importantly was that it was near Waroros Market (which one of the staff recommended). There is also a really good massage place next door. The room was spacious and clean. I fell sick during the trip and the hotel receptionists were very kind, bringing me my food deliveries and cutlery. They also upgraded our room for free! All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Thapae Twins Hotel. NA

The breakfast offerings were very good across the board and the eating location was quite nice (nice little outdoor courtyard).

The included breakfast was sufficient. Being a small hotel it has toast, Thai rice porridge, fried rice, fruit, decent coffee maker. I liked the fact that the room has good lightning. For someone with poor eyesight in low light conditions, the whole room can be fully lit up, unlike many hotels (even expensive ones) when the room lighting is insufficient with mostly mood lighting around the perimeter of the room. Shower stall was huge (too large really), good water pressure, good water heating. International power points! The young man at Reception (didn't get his name, but wore glasses) was excellent with info and recommendations. Give him a pay rise!!! Parking was really limited to 3 spots, literally at the front door of the hotel. Had we checked in any later we wouldn't have had space to park our 2 cars.

Everything! We came after going to another hotel that wasn’t nice at all- Great location- a few minute walk to the night market. The room was perfect- so comfortable, clean, felt like a good hotel room! Amazing shower was just what was needed! The staff was so nice and helpful- for breakfast there weren’t vegetarian options so they made us something on the spot. The breakfast was nice simple and good with fruits and vegetables and eggs. Very clean and silent place. The shower was with no pressure at all, there is a bath but no chance filling it

The location is perfect. It’s on a quiet side street that is steps away from busier streets with lots of food options, a laundry, and 7-11. It’s a 5min walk to the old wall of the center, and easy to hail a ride if needed. The staff is friendly and super helpful, holding our luggage while we were on a 3-day trek. On return they upgraded our room at no charge, which was so kind! We really needed that so we could get everything reorganized after the trek. Breakfast is also fantastic with plenty of options.

Great location, close the Thape Gate and the old town, Sunday walking market and the Night Bizarre. Hotel is well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful and made me feel at home.

Thapae Twins Hotel is located in a wonderful part of Chiang Mai and has the most caring, thoughtful staff! The breakfast was slightly different every morning and very delicious. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We rented a car and did not have issues with the parking in the front, though it is limited. Not the most updated facilities, but not an issue for us! No issues with Thapae Twins
