Overall we recommend. Hard bed mattress. They were changing the roof of the reception starting at 7 AM... They have bikes for free but they are a joke, it is a pain to find two that are working and even those are very bad.

It is a bit remote from Chiang Mai. There is not much within walking distance and the roads are not pedestrian friendly. However, they do offer free transport to Chiang Mai old town, so it's not that bad.

There were a lot of guests smoking around the premises and the pool area and even smoking marijuana, which gave me a headache.

Amazing gem outside of Chiang Mai along the Ping River maybe that you need a taxi to go into the city center, but it’s cheap and just a 10 mins drive

The ambience I hated the behavior of the staffs.. I stayed there for 4 nights, One morning i asked for a scrambled egg from one of their staffs in the breakfast, but she said NO on my face, she was not even sorry or apologetic …. She could have said that in a good manner … and there were 4 staffs in total, all of them were very loud, gossiping and laughing , talking to each other, which hampers the morning peace of many guests.. ?

It was absolutely amazing. So peaceful and beautiful and so well looked after. The people who run this hotel really put everything into it. There was a really cute dog who really made my stay even more amazing. He was so lovely and I think the people who run the hotel look after him and for that reason alone I’d stay here again. Please continue to feed and love him Breakfast could of been hotter

Location is great if you wish to stay in a quiet suburb and intend to travel to other places out of Chiang Mai City. Breakfast could be improved a bit as they are more focused on variety rather than quality. A little bit of better quality of breakfast would win them some plus. Quality of Coffee should be improved as it matters to most people to get a good cup...There is a small coffee shop that does serve good coffee & small meals. The Property is old and I am sure its well maintained but a bit more on maintenance would make this property very attractive. All said & done I will be back again at this property due to its suitable location. Improve quality of Coffee & Breakfast & also provide more than a bottle of Water per person in the Room. Improve In Room Towels & provide better Toiletries Make Rooms more sound proof - one can hear if someone coughs in the next door.

Location is great next to River Ping & easy access to locations out of Chiang Mai. Quality of Breakfast & Coffee especially in breakfast. In-Room Toiletries & Amenities In-Room Bottled Water (especially during summers) Make Rooms sound-proof (one can hear the next room activity)

the hotel is quiet and clean. everyone is so nice and being so helpful . i really enjoyed my staying there it is bit far from town. i underestimated GRAB convenience in Chiang Mai . it was too difficult to get a taxi from hotel to town . mostly I had to wait for like 35-45 mins to get a taxi . but I still prefer this hotel rather than those in town as I love staying in comfort and quiet environment.
