Wow at project design and riverbank seating. Small room space and room facilities
-
beautiful design but some stuff doesn't seem very practical and functional.

It is a nice quiet property, I like how the staff tended the bar at the same time are the receptionists, they were super kind, smiling & helpful. The riverside site of the hotel makes it so serene and far from the town hustle at the same time easy to get a ride downtown (by cab not walking). I loved the minimalist interior design at the same time well thought-off practicality in the rooms, very clean, comfy and artistic. The room I booked fitted my wife and two kids well with two bathrooms it was great. Nothing bad honestly; however, if you want a hotel in the hustle and center of the town within walking distance this is not the one. The geko lizards were too much, one night we counted around 20+ outside our room in the elevator hall on the top floor, but thankfully we didn't see any in our room, just make sure to keep your door and balcony closed, but this is not the hotel' fault.

The retro-futurist vibe is probably not for everyone, but it is a very original design concept, to say the least. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are soft. The staff is absolutely charming and always tries to help accommodate every need. The location is a plus if you like a remote, quiet environment. Oh, I wanted to like this place so badly after seeing the online photos, and it likely was wonderful when it first opened years ago. But in reality, using mostly plastic to cover walls and façade will ultimately give a dirty-ugly look, as it degrades rapidly. The room FEELS extremely small, mostly because the interior design doesn't make much sense. They clearly prioritized aesthetics over functionality. There is no closet space, no seat, and limited places for belongings beyond a very narrow shelf As active travelers, we like our hotel breakfast to be quick, right? Well, let's say that here is the perfect opposite. You'll wait 30 to 45 minutes to get what you ordered (even sinple items like tea or boiled rice), even when there are no other customers.

Good services, well located, not so far from the night market and calm. Average breakfast

We were asked to transfer rooms because the place failed to reserve the rooms we booked; the pool was soooo dirty; they give flimsy keys that easily snap and they make you pay for it; and basic amenities such as tv inside the room is not working at all.

Photos on the wall in Lobby Location in too small soi, room design not practical, lighting not feeling comfort, too small elevator, always no one in hotel or lobby to ask even when check out.

The staff were lovely, the restaurant food looked great! Nice coffee at the bar too! Breakfast was excellent and so were the selection of ginns at the bar. The pool very cold and full of leafs, the outside furniture was broken & tatty. We felt more could have been done with the outside garden area, even just a touch of maintenance.

The design overall is very simple and beautiful it blends well with the surrounding nature. Nothing everything was perfect. We’ll stay here again next time.

The beds were the best I’ve ever slept in. Anything from here on out will be hard to beat. The ambiance and design are wonderful and the staff so happy and accommodating. We loved our stay here! I liked everything about this place!

Beautiful hotel with a nice terrace facing the river. Bed was super comfy, breakfast absolutely delicious and the staff very friendly. The location is in a calm area a bit outside the old town but easily and fast accessible with a tuktuk.
