Hands down the friendliest staff I have encountered. Rooms were very clean. Great location as well. But the staff makes this place even more amazing. Will be booking with them again soon (in the next month)

Hot water, strong WiFi, comfortable bedding, functional A/C in squeaky clean hotel. The A/C gets cold quickly so good for hot season stays. No hand soap in en-suite restroom. Loud machinery noises throughout the day and night right above 5th floor hotel room. Seems like it may be from fixture on roof. Far distance from everything. Would not recommend staying without car.

Clean n good enough for great budgeted hotel Location is near town but it is in local residential area...you need motorcycle or car to get in n out . A day you will know well how close to many city spot... Easy to go around... Staff at reception are also when checking in n out.. Area is a bit so local...but somehow...worth for price we paid... I stay here only one quick night after arrival late from Chiangrai . Good for quick stay...
