We were a bit surprised by all the good reviews as our experience was different. The floor was dirty and sticky and the bed is harder than any bed I’ve slept in. The wifi didn’t work properly and some things were broken such as the bathroom lock and drain. There were many loud humming noises and we looked directly at an apartment block (no mountain view). We decided to move to a different hotel.

Great hotel for cyclists looking to ride through the Chiang Mai hills. Close to good shopping areas like Nimman. No shortage of places to eat nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bit noisy in the morning, if you want to sleep past 7am may not be the best place to stay.

Staff were incredibly accommodating, the hotel had the perfect facilities for a cyclist and the room was light and spacious. Some of the linen provided did feel slightly over used and not "fresh" despite being clean. Unfortunately there is a cockrel right next to the hotel that is rather loud in the morning. In fairness to the hotel they do provide ear plugs free of charge but even then it was loud (if you're near the road). That said these are incredibly minor nuances and I would still absolutely stay there again.

Hotel is a bicycle hotel bike friendly where all bikes riders will start from there to ride downtown to mountain climibing. Is a simple hotel with no boiling kettle in the room. The Toilet Door shld be better as I can hear next door slammed or closed at any time of hours. The Water Heater is not hot. thus, if bathing in the night or cold weather, is a challenge. There is not much food eateries beside. One need to walk at lest abt 15 mins to the road side to grab some food and a super small convenience store.

Great road cycling facilities (secure cycle storage, tools and repair station) and location. Rooms a good size with a/c. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit functional and basic. No frills.

Hotel doesn’t have a safe. The balcony in my room didn't make sense because it was opposite the windows of the another building.
