There's tea and coffee available at all times, free of charge. The room was comfortable and very clean. There's a big club next to the hotel, and you can hear the muffled music at night. It's not ideal, but it's also not the hotel's fault, and they provide earplugs that were sufficient for us to still enjoy a good night's sleep.

The hotel is located close to a dance club and there far is noisy when you want to go to sleep

It was clean and family run. Staff was very nice. Rooms was spacious. It’s located directly behind a club so you can hear the music very clear ( they supply ear plugs ) the balcony’s attach and we had a smoker beside us and a family above us so it was either smoke or kids.

So many great things to say about this family run hotel. The property and rooms are stunning, with everything built from beautiful teak wood. Our room was large with a very nice deck and comfortable bed. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with most of the ingredients coming from the family’s organic farm. Overall a lovely stay. The only issue was a dance club recently opened next door. There is noise.

The staff and owners were really nice. From the moment I arrived it was nothing but good vibes. I really loved the garden. The breakfast was fresh made daily for you. The rooms are spacious and the A/C worked really. It’s about a 14 min walk from the market but it’s a really chill and comfortable walk I loved it every morning. If I’m ever in Chiang Mai again this will always be my go to. I really appreciate how well they cared and how quiet and ducked off this was. And also it’s close to everything so the Gran rides was always really cheap. Thank you all for the great experience. It was a perfect stay literally.

The host family are nice and the food are good It's too noise with the night club next door, the music is too loud until 2:30AM, after that still some people are too loud and crazy on the street, we could not sleep well

It is a beautiful and calm place to stay, rooms are large, have all you would need, the pool and food are a delight and the staff could not have been more helpful. There is nothing I/we did not like

The staff was kind and welcoming, it was very quiet and the atmosphere is amazing Even though they cleaned it the pool had some leaves and bugs. So we didn’t went in the big pool, only the small one.

Cooked breakfast was good but there was not enough fresh fruits. Location is good with just a short taxi ride into town.

There is nothing not to like about this incredible property, from the staff welcome to the amazing breakfast... the Ruen Come In is an incredible place to stay. The Grand Suite is not to be missed. I honestly can't say enough about our weekend at Ruen Come In. Absolutely nothing! Wonderful place to stay regardless of your reason. Don't miss this spot.

It is a bit outside the old city. About a 20 min taxi so not bad.

The breakfast was exceptionnal!! The quality of the food that comes from a little familiy farm was amazing. I would take breakfast there everyday if it was possible! The staff was really friendly and gave us a good overview of what was possible to do in Chiang Mai. The property is completely made out of wood so it made the whole stay more authentic as well.
