The spa facilities and ambience could be a bit more elevated.

Location surrounding with many good restaurants. Room planning and size (deluxe suite on 1st floor). Rooftop bar. The sound of cars running comes into the room because the hotel building is next to the road.

The location was perfect! Easy to walk around and get to places. The reception. We had the worst luck with the receptionist. She couldn't provide us with any information. I also asked her about a few of my concerns, such as noises, spa bookings, and cocktail delivery to the room ( this can only be ordered from 6pm on, btw ) And this was the scary part. After dinner, we returned to the room, and our balcony door was open. We made sure we locked it before we left. We found random fruits on the table and the sofa (we didn't have fruits in the room). It was around 11 p.m., so we, being two girls, got scared. I called the reception to come up to check, and she said she had no idea what it was. The morning I came down to check out, the receptionist said she had already spoken to the housekeeper, and they told her that they had closed the balcony. I told her it was open, so we called right away. And I did ask what would happen if our stuff went missing? She said No idea because the housekeeping said they closed it. ? She also mentioned that she had already told her manager about everything, and this is the solution they came up with, which is no solution. We are also Thai residents, and this is very unusual services.

Facilities and small touches were great in the rooms Staff so nice Loved the bathroom Small grounds but nicely done and cared for Very comfortable - allowing us to choose type of pillow. Soap and lotion was a wonderful touch Nothing, except maybe immediate location, but not far from things

Amazing hotel! Rooms are huge with beautiful balconies. Really clean, friendly staff and streaming services on the tv. Breakfast is the best we have ever had! Two swimming pools with one on the rooftop bar area. Just to note that the hotel is an easy 15/20 minute walk from the center.

The deluxe balcony river view room was perfect, big and very comfortable. Very nice breakfast options. The top roof swimming pool and bar are great after a day exploring Chiang Mai. Nothing!

Nice view of the river, very nice pool and very comfortable rooms. The staff was generally quite rude. Well, the front desk staff. This does makes a really big difference to your stay. It's my 6th time in Chiang mai, and I have never encountered this before . Is not exactly cheap in comparison with other places in Chiang mai and you expect the service to be what you paid for.
