LOVED IT HERE! Great location - close walking distance to the action across the bridge, but removed enough for peaceful nights of sleep. Wonderful staff. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower. Easy access to tours with discounts. Humble and beautiful temple almost attached to the hotel for morning or evening reflection.

We were disappointed with our stay and my wife was fighting with me why did I book this hotel. First, the rooms are incredibly tiny; there was absolutely no floor space to even unpack our luggage. Second, the window treatments are inadequate. There are no blackout curtains, meaning the room was flooded with sunlight by 5:00 AM, even sunlight was coming out from glass walls of washrooms, making it impossible to sleep in. If you value space and rest, look elsewhere.

Despite its proximity to the central area, the location is surprisingly quiet, offering a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel features tastefully decorated rooms and a welcoming lobby area. Rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Conveniently located within walking distance to a variety of local attractions including food markets, night bazaars, clothing stalls, wet markets, and the vibrant flower market. Just behind the hotel lies the serene and historic Wat Ket temple. We stayed here for a total of four nights, including a stopover on our return from Chiang Rai. The overall experience was very positive, and we would gladly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Chiang Mai. No lifts.

The price, location, staff, all day breakfast & cleanliness. My room is around the corridor so I can hear the noise on the road at night. No elevator for those who have heavy bags, you may request for a lower floor.

The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way but certainly just a short taxi ride from the historic old town or a 30 minute walk. As a side note, if you have reason to be visiting the US consulate, the hotel is very close. I loved the small lobby of the hotel. It reminded me of Morocco. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. The price for our stay was excellent.

It can be noisy for people who are sensitive to noise because the hotel is right by the street. It is a bit loud with motorcycles and cars from time to time.
