Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice area. Great value for money. WiFi wasn’t working in our room and part of the common areas. Had to switch rooms to work on my laptop. Pool is very small and not shaded enough.

The room was quite spacious. The bathroom was very clean and elegant. The staff was also attentive and kind. There is a bit of noise go through the doors. So the noise insulation is not the best.

I liked the interior design, and I think that's also why this hotel stands out among others. I also liked that it's close to the river and has some good cafes and restaurants nearby.

I really liked the style of the hotel as well as the green area in the back. The breakfast was great and I especially enjoyed the soup!

I loved our room facing the river. The shower was great and is basically its own room with the bathtub. I recommend.

Great smaller hotel with great staff and support. Specially prepareed breakfast was exellent! A short walk to a pedestrian bridge that takes you to the shopping areas in Chiang Mai.

Hotel itself is nice, I like the room and the atmosphere. However, the location is not the best, it's quite far away from happenings, and it is on a very dusty road, which makes walking in the area unpleasant. The staff were very nice and friendly when I stayed there last year. This time, the check in and breakfast staff were very unfriendly and unwilling to serve. I received a email with a link from the hotel that I need to pay again because there was something wrong with the payment. The message also appeared on my booking.com inbox, which seemed legitimate, but was actually a scam. Have a feeling that the message was sent to me from the hotel staff.

Always loved coming back here. Location, property size and design are ideal for us. Hotel looked dated, breakfast was not up to standard at all.

The front desk was amazing. They have a very nice breakfast. The outdoor courtyard is on the river and well kept. AC was great. Location is close to lots of great food. Service was so good they gave us a late check out and as we started dragging our luggage out and suddenly two attendants appeared to carry our luggage. Top notch all the way. It's also very quiet. We would happily stay again. Pool could have been a little cleaner, but it was no issue. Tiny bit of algae, water was clean.

However, it feels like a lack of funding is affecting the upkeep. While the property isn’t old, it’s not well-maintained. The pool is a good size and quite pleasant, but the sunbeds are dirty and the water is clearly yellowish, which was off-putting. The riverside area, which could be a highlight, feels neglected and abandoned. Overall, it was a very average stay considering the price.

The design concept of the place was calm peaceful, I liked the internal courtyard and the pool terrace, it was a nice way to escape the heat. The room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The property was a little dated and worn. The pool furniture was broken in places and dirty, the parasol was pieced together with ropes and a little dangerous. The room whilst comfortable was a bit dusty and the towel rail fell off, the tap was leaking sometimes, and the AC was temperamental.

The room is amazing, I have a river view the pool is nice minerals salt water. Very little hotel I will comeback and stay here again.
