Perfect location for people who love to walk and explore. So many gems nearby. Staff was very kind and helpful at providing recommendations. There’s also an onsite cafe.

Honestly, there were no issues. Of note though, there is a lot of road noise. I was happy to have my sound machine.

Location The room was not cleaned properly, bed linen had cigarette burns. But the worst thing is that there are cockroaches crawling everywhere. The staff are aware of this, but what can they do to help? They offered to let us stay another night in the same room and change rooms the next day. But because of this, I had to cut my trip short by three days and fly out on the first flight, as it was New Year's Eve and all the hotels were fully booked. The hotel charged me the full amount, and the staff said they couldn't refund me for the remaining days.

Staff, particularly receptionist, was rude and difficult. I had my laundry delivered and they misplaced it and I was treated poorly while requesting information. The checkout process was also very frustrating because they insisted on inspecting the room before I left despite me being in a rush and telling them they can charge me through booking.com I saw some bugs in the room, and later found mouse traps. kinda sus

The hotel is in a great location. The decor in the hotel and the rooms was nicely done and facilities were clean. Loved the coffee shop within the hotel. Free coffee and fruit for guests which was really convenient. The hotel is on a super busy road and our room was really loud from the traffic noise. Our room had a balcony and the balcony doors didn't fully seal so we could hear the traffic all night. Luckily the room had an air filter that we turned on to provide white noise to block out the traffic noise but it was the loudest room we had while in SE Asia.

Coffee from barista is wonderful. The design of the room, plenty of shelfing space. Live the shower and bath room the most...very well done in turns of functionality and impressive look.

Nice clean hotel in a good location for accessing the city. We appreciated the coffee and snacks each day in the cafe on site. Rooms were clean and comfortable for our stay.

Location was 10/10! Walking distance to every key place in the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, the hotel and room were always clean and tidy and the lobby had free cookies, fruit and water for you to enjoy at any time! 100% recommend
