very clean

It was warmer in my bunk than in the room I stayed in.

It was in a great, quiet location only about a 5 minute walk into the old town. The staff were super helpful, giving us an early check in and storing our luggage after checking out. Potae also took us to the sticky waterfalls along with some other people in the hostel. Lovely breakfast facilities in the morning and filtered water which was great! As a couple we really enjoyed this hostel. Nothing!

come back second time and stayed another 6 nights. Just means this place is so much good. 1) cleanliness. I am a picky person for hygiene and this works for me every time. 2) free simple breakfast is very thoughtful gesture especially with banana. 1) dorm room could get a little uneasy smelly when it is fully occupied. Although the staff did clear the air every day. 2) the internet in the dorm is slow. I don’t know why.

1) clean place, very well maintained. Has locker, shower gel & shampoo, toilet paper ample supply. Drinking water, coffee & tea. Breakfast was great! Love banana and mandarin. 2) lamp on bed, 2 charging station, a towel hanger. 3) great location. 1) there is no place to hang self-washed clothes so some ladies are hanging their delicates at the staircase area which I feel inappropriate but these ladies traveller seems don’t have self restriction. It is not really facility fault. 2) the wifi does not always work and may load for some time when curtain is closed in bed.

They went above and beyond to help me when I lost a bank card, getting it redelivered to me and keeping it safe while I went to Pai. Rooms are absolutely spotless and staff very kind. Chilled atmosphere and perfect for people looking for some quiet away from party hostels

Excellent value with superbly clean hostel. Big Kudos to their faithful cleaner who also prepares breakfast. Compared to so many hostels in Vietnam and Thailand, this is definitely one of the cleanest. Having free breakfast (toast, jam, fruit) with 24/7 water/tea/coffee (need own milk) was delightful. I have gone without toast for so long, living on noodles or whatever, so it was a lovely treat. Down the road is one of the night markets and convenience stores are nearby too. The AC in the bedroom was on when needed and kept the room cool to sleep well. Being deaf, I cannot comment on noise/quietness, but was fine for me. Toilets nearby. Has a dedicated social lounge both indoors and outdoors. A mixture of ages stay here and the place is secure. I had two different rooms/beds. Both allowed for decent sleep and privacy. The only quip is the light does come through the gaps so I needed to wear eye patches. Lockers are available and they allow for storage of luggage if space permits. Staff are lovely and helped me with tours and suggestions; gave discount too. Potae speaks good English. Light coming through the curtains. Not having food or drink on my bed where it was cooler and when I wanted to do computer work. But the social space downstairs does allow for that. There is a microwave, toaster, hot water, but no cooking facilities. Cheap food down the road so ok. And also as best nutella crepe in the night market; And burgers on the left of the Old town.

The owner is so kind. The location is in the town. So easy to commute.

Common area is really nice. Bedroom and bathroom was clean. Only one toilet per floor but I never had to wait long

The location is perfect! Potae, the owner, is a wonderful host with exceptional English. She is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The rest of the staff also do their best to assist in any way they can. However, there was some confusion regarding the common room (shared space). It wasn’t shown to me upon arrival, and when I inquired about it, the staff didn’t fully understand what I meant. It would be helpful if guests were informed about this area in advance, as it initially appears to be part of a separate building or another hostel.

The location is nicer, there is a good night market and a lot of vegetarian restaurants nearby. The breakfast (toasts with jam and butter) as well as coffee and tea is included. The staff is super nice, the showers are clean, bed was spacious enough, nice terrace and common areas. The locker is too small for a backpack so the room is all packed with luggage and it doesn’t feel comfy. Some of the lockers are outside the room.

Cleaned regularly, Great location, nice staff The king room was a lot more basic than expected from the pictures. Towels could've been included (like in the pictures) and the pillows weren't the best. There is no window.

All as usual The owner is a true gem ! Second time here, and for sure I will come back there the next time I'll be in Chiang Mai Nothing, all good
