Wow—I had a spectacular stay here. The hotel is absolutely spotless, and the daily housekeeping was the best I’d ever had (we’re talking re-folding the TP and tissues every day, full clean of the toilet and sink, new sheets, everything). Staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are luxurious and delicious. Bed was very comfortable. Art was beautiful. Really great value—I felt like I got major luxury for a non-luxury price. I thought the location was fine, but not perfect. For access to the old town by foot, it would have been slightly more convenient to stay within the walls. However, that might have been annoying to drive into given the narrow streets. Tradeoffs.

A beautiful hotel with a warm and friendly staff. The breakfast is amazing. There's a lot of art which we really loved. Great shower. Quiet inside. Beds super comfortable. The room we stayed in was very small. It was a twin but there really wasn't room to walk around the sides of the beds. There was no chair in the room and only a space for one bag to be up off the floor. The hotel is on a very busy road. Every time you leave the hotel there is so much traffic to dodge getting around. Just something to be aware of.

Staff was very attentive. Breakfast choices were diverse and delicious. We enjoyed the art work throughout the hotel. We really liked the price. No crosswalk. Location was close to all sites but crossing the busy street was tricky at times.

Lovely hotel in a great location. I stayed here as a solo female traveller and felt really safe walking to/from the hotel. Breakfast choices was great, bed was comfy and the room was really clean. Slightly noisy at night as my room was literally right by the lift, nothing earplugs couldn’t fix though!

I liked the staff who were very friendly, and the place was clean. Would’ve liked to have drip coffee in the morning from the cafe but it wasn’t available until 10, and would have liked there to be an internal smoking area rather than on the road. Also would have liked a breakfast buffet.
