I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are polite and patient. Breakfast could be improved by offering more variety.

Great location! Just a walking distance from a huge mall and other food places. A bit of a language barrier with the staff, but they’re very accommodating, friendly, and tried their best to address our concerns. The room is so much bigger than we imagined from the photos, which was a pleasant surprise Love the lobby area, but the facilities are rather old, especially the bathroom. They clean it every day, but it certainly needs a bit of renovation. The tub is way too high so if you have older or disabled family members, it might be difficult and dangerous (slippery) for them

I like the location There was no hot water in the bathroom . And the water was not strong at all. They send me many times someone for the room . It won’t help The front desk doesn’t know English

Noisy from outside as it has a bar downstairs. Only cold water is available in a bathroom, the water heater isn’t working.

Cleanliness and HK are good. Location is the best itself. Bed is extremely hard. My room was assigned nearby bbq (Moo Kata) shop where smell and smoke literally sneaking in room.

Our room was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. You can find convenience stores, ATMs and a lot of eating places in walking distance around the hotel. If you want to pay your stay with a card be aware that it will cost you +3% of commission. The bed was a bit hard that I actually liked. It’s a bit distant location if you want to check out night markets, however grab is easily available. The neighborhood was nice you can also find there good coffee or massage places.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, which is most important to me. The classic architecture of the hotel creates a very nice feeling like you are fancier than usual. The breakfast has all the choices you could want and the surprisingly empty restaurant always fired up delicious Thai meals. Thai beds are very firm... very very firm and short of traveling with a mattress topper (which are very popular with Westerners living here), the only solution is to spend up for a western style hotel. It's not a deal breaker... when I've been on the go all day, I fall asleep without noticing but you won't be comfortable laying in bed all day watching TV.

Great location, no-nonsense place. Decent architecture and room size. The first floor room has no view (although for a different stay, at the same price I got a higher floor which had much nicer views).
