The whole building’s drainage seems to be broken. Not sure if just me, on my first arrival day, I could smell some bathroom in the corridor, and the room also was smelly, like a toilet smell. Also there were some water stains in the wall, so I requested to change the room. On my second day, I was moved to another room. At first, the smell problem is slightly improved, but things got worse. The shower water could not go down, and hot water stopped in the middle of shower. After I managed a cold shower, then I found out the toilet cannot flush probably because of the water accumulation…. Staff is very friendly but unfortunately I don’t think I will stay next time.

The location is perfect They do not clean the room well

The location was great, close to some cute, quiet alleys and nice cafes. The staff were very nice! They gave me late check-out without me even asking. Great place to stay! The room was lovely, too. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from my balcony.

It was a great stay .. the front desk staff are friendly especially day time lady (I forget her name ) Hotel rooms are great and clean with quiet location .. there was a maintenance in the hotel and the take a permission from me as what time they can start work they may make a noice for me and they are really kind to understand my sleep time and schedule the maintenance activity by acceptance of hotel guests The toilet shower water not working properly

location was perfect for me... about 15mins away from the airport... many eateries, massage, convenience stores around... some might find it noisy as there are frequent planes flying over but i gotten quite used to it... there is a fridge in the lobby that supplies cold water and orange juice... very nice touch... didnt really like the long fur carpet near the sofa... could see that there were bits of stuff stuck on it... would be good if it was a regular carpet... not enough place to hang clothes/ wet towels..... there is a short pole to hang everything on but would be good if there was more hooks/poles....

Very comfy beds and room

Location The room was very dirty. Air conditioner had very musty mouldy smell. Sheets stunk and hadn’t been changed. Bathroom and room dated and old. Bath and show need replacing. Toilet seat not stable. Changed rooms and it was worse. Impressive on entry to lobby but room was disgusting. Staff didn’t want to help me. Very disappointing service and experience

The staff were magnificent. Rooms spacious. TV cable and good wifi good. There is a free local shuttle to Nimman on call which is great as it is a kilometre away from Maya Mall. Big bed safe good showers. No grounds as such. Can't sunbathe....

Good location, Friendly Staff ～

Super friendly staff. Hotel is located in a quiet street next to a busy area. The description of room says city view, though the window looks at the close by neighbor building, resulting to close curtains for privacy. Therefor false description. I changed room once, but both rooms had a plumbing problem/leakage.

I loved the central location in Nimman, making it easy to explore local cafés, shops, and attractions. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also enjoyed having a private balcony, which offered a nice spot to relax and take in the views. The staff were consistently friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Plus, the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was perfect for getting work done. The only real drawback was the small table in the room, which made it a bit challenging to work comfortably for long stretches. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t have a pool, which might be disappointing

Good location, variety of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Good bed. Very friendly staff. Noisy pump (from swimming pool?), switched off during the night when asked. Nobody used the swimming pool anyway during my 3 days stay because it's private. No wardrobes or cabinets in the room, only small drawers. Big pillows are massive, space taking too big. Toilet and bathroom mirror has many functions but explanation only in chinese and Thai. Couldn't figure out how to use properly with remote control in Chinese language. Actually there was a very strong smell in the room I got and I couldn't get rid of it even with open doors. Probably strong fragrance like used on toilet spread all over the room. Lucky I could easily change to other room. But there was a water leak near the sink. I noticed when a towel was unexpected drown by water, completely wet. Receptionist was aware but did not inform me, wanted to hide the problem. I asked to cancel last night 1 out of 3 because I didn't want to stay longer, but refund was impossible they said I should contact booking.com which I did. But booking.com response came too late. Another thing is no milk only cream powder Thai style with coffee at reception bar that can be used for simple breakfast. I informed the receptionist but no action taken, no interest in customer satisfaction or improve details that can make the difference? I could buy myself milk in a nearby 7-11 shop to put in my coffee then. But is this the service and facilities that you expect in 4 star hotel? No, surely not. Hotel should be rated a 3 star due to lack of usable facilities, it is highly overrated and too expensive with 2,200 bath per day.

The staff were sooo nice! I don't know her name but one staff member in particular always greeted me so warmly and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. This is nice especially because I stayed by myself. Great location, great facilities, comfy beds, tons of pillows, nice balcony, affordable, great location in Nimman area... what else can you ask for? It's rare for a hotel to do it all right, but they do! Okay, coffee could be a little better... but it's free. Plus, there is a ton of great coffee down the street.

Everything about this hotel was perfect ? The staff are wonderful and can't help you enough. Brilliant value for money.

Staff at counter check in is really nice, informative and kind. A golf driver who sent us to the restaurant (and also pick us back) is very polite and on time. Not at all. All good.
