The air-conditioning was broken so we had to sleep 1 day with the fan but by the next day everything was fixed

The facility was better than expected. Salt water pool divine! As a solo female traveler it was so nice to be hosted by so many lovely women and everyone was so kind and friendly. I felt really at home I loved waking up to them working away in the garden with a smile on their face. And always so attentive and asking how I’m doing So nice to have the bikes at your disposal and amazing coffee for free! The food at the property was also top quality and good price All a very nice gym! Thank you so much for this amazing week :) I would definitely come back !

Very helpful and accommodating staff, good breakfast near the river, and dependable internet connection. Facilities need enhancement, squeaky bed and noisy aircon sound in our room (7B1).

Breakfast was ok. Location was ok. People are wonderful. Much more steps than I envisioned. Three flights up to the door then another three flights within the room. The room had many levels and the room chopped up Don’t like that our room was full of mosquitos in our first night. Coffee machine was broken all the time.

We stayed in a lovely family room for four, with two separate bedrooms and a beautiful view of the Ping River. We absolutely loved the set breakfast. Every menu was delicious. The place also offers complimentary tea, coffee, and cocoa throughout the day, which was a really nice touch. There were quite a few mosquitoes, but the hotel provided spray, so it was manageable.

The facility itself looks nice at first sight, but after a while you realize that most of the equipment is very old. Either the air conditioning or the remote control was not working, and the TV had a blurred screen.

Transportation -- at least once a day with the arrangements to get to the city . After that we are on our own.

Everything! Beautiful grounds, pool and view from our balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Food delivered to any area we desired to dine. Drinks also delivered poolside. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No handrails on steps. I'm 73 and feel uncomfortable without handrails.

The location is along Ping river. Good nature with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. A bit far from the center area.

Exceptional place. Beautiful, peaceful, green. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Bed extremely comfortable. Massage with lady Cop was one of the best I've ever had (she actually massages the muscles). No closet space for a longer stay. The wooden doors in the room are for design only I guess, as they cannot be opened.

A wonderful retreat hidden in the city, amazing pool, delish food, and like others said, such a treat to eat meals at the room or in the garden. We liked the area and being outside of tourist areas, and enjoyed visiting the little market area a few minutes walk away. It was challenging to walk around the street with a child, we figured it out after being there for a few days but not ideal.

Enjoyed staying here. Wonderful staff, breakfast was good. On site restaurant has wonderful room service with many vegan options, all the way until 21:00. Breakfast included, choices limited but good. Can order a massage in the room, laundry services available and reasonable. A bit far from the old city but they have a shuttle twice a day if needed.

Good rooms size. Access to the outside. Great river view. Free bikes to use. The staff is very bad in English. Numerous requests were not attended as they don't understand. No manager is available as well, and the reception will not take any decision.. The local kitchen is super, super, super slow. Rooms are a bit old, paint is so, so. WIFI did not work in my room. One toilet was clogged up, needed to switch room and move our bags alone(!). Family room is on the second floor, no elevator.
