excellent value for money. Maybe more local fruits for breakfast choice There was mould in bathroom in one of the rooms. The other one was spotless

AC in restaurant at breakfast - to cold. Location is a bit far from touristic center for walking. We used Grab application for transport - faster, lower price, much higher comfort and safety than tuk tuk.

The room was large and had a frig and safe. The breakfast had many items to choose from and the pool was wonderful! It wasn’t too far to walk over to Old Town. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, but not too far down the same street was a place with 2 restaurants and a coffee shop, called Bella Madre Pizza (The best pizza we’ve had in a long time!) and Food4Thought East (The food was delicious and large plates)! There’s also a little laundromat with washers and dryers a couple of doors down. We liked the accommodations so much we kept adding nights! We had our laundry done through the hotel and it was quite expensive, then found a 24hr little place to do it ourselves a couple doors down.

Staff very helpful. Rooms large and beds very comfortable. Big breakfast with wide variety. A bit out of the way from center of tourist activities. Shower not a walk in shower. Had to climb into a tub which can be difficult if you are older.

The location is not that far from city attractions but it quiet at night Staffs are great , willing to support Rooms is fine value for what you pay as well as various types that suite to either couple or family needs

Very comfortable rooms and quiet location, but still convenient to get around Breakfast is the only thing that lets this place down. It is very poor selection, and even the food for Chinese was not been eaten.

My wife enjoyed the traditional Thai breakfasts and selections. I have a more sensitive stomach, when traveling, and enjoyed the eggs, ham, toast and juice breakfast. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. When I tried to rake a shower, all I had was cool water. I told the staff at the front desk, and within a few minutes a worker showed up and had the issue repaired within a short time. We have no complaints.

Good location. Good layout of room for 3 person. The bathtub is not suitable for elderly. They need to step up to the bathtub with very difficult and bad for them. Pls notice to the guess on this prior.

Limited range of only Thai food for breakfast and had to ask if omelette could be cooked. Was not made known. A far more comfortable mattress required. Very firm and unsuitable for side sleepers

VERY GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BREAKFAST COULD BE BETTER

Spacious room. Breakfast is simple and sufficient - my daughter loved the small yoghurt. My wife enjoyed hearing the rooster in the early morning hours. Always some mosquitos in the room. My daughter got several bites during the night. With our 8 year old daughter, we didn't want to bike, nor use the scooter and getting to the city center is always 10-15 minutes away by foot.

The breakfast choice was limited. I'd have preferred more choice of fruit and fresh yoghurt.

The property was peaceful and spotlessly clean. True that it is a little out of town but it only takes approx 20-25mins to get toT Tha phae gate , I enjoyed the walk there and back everyday. it would be too much of a jaunt if you have mobility issues. Some Tuk Tuk drivers did not know the location of the Villa (suppose this is due to it being a relatively new complex) but if you pick up a card from reception most of the drivers will ring the hotel to ask how to get you back to the Villa. Pool area was really nice, water cold but in my books what you’d expect after being in a hot climate, was really refreshing. The fridge/freezer was great as most hotels only seem to have minibars. I was carrying 5 months worth of diabetes medication which had to be kept at a certain temperature so I was really impressed as I had no worries with storing & freezing my ice packs for the onward journey. The Domestic staff were really lovely especially the man who brings the box of toiletries and linen in the morning, sorry I did not get his name but he was always very polite. The room & shower size was great and good air conditioning. Free bicycles to get around on. The bed was a little hard (but large) Breakfast could have been a bit better if there was a bit more choice. There was the usual eggs, ham & sausage but would have been nice if there were some tomatoes and or beans. If you ask they will cook you a nice little omelette. We wanted to extend our stay at the property as we enjoyed it but we could only get another 2 nights as they were closing for maintenance (which is good that they are looking after the property although everything was spotless) Not a criticism we were just disappointed that we could not stop there any longer.

the property was amazing based on things in it, and services was fast and perfect… only location in night a bit scary as no cold store near by and its too quite for one person to get out even at 11 to buy things yet no cafe or restaurant is open. yet it’s really perfect place for couple staff are the key of their success. charm , helpful and nice to communicate with and swimming pool is coool
