Hotel is in a beautiful oasis among the city next to a park. Short ride from the old city but not the bustle and bustle. Staff was very accommodating, facility was clean, breakfast was great. Hot water went in and out in the shower

Lovely Thai style hotel resort in a great location. Only a few mins walk from the night market, great pool and gardens. Family room was large and spacious. Breakfast was very basic and limited. For two nights we had what sounded like big rats in the air con vents which woke us up and was rather disturbing. Staff couldn't seem to do anything about it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was great and the hotel grounds are relaxing. The location is in walking distance to the night bazaar and most Old Town sites. The bar closes at 4pm. We returned from our daily activities around 4pm and would have enjoyed an opportunity to have a drink.

This hotel is a beautiful and calm space in a busy city. Once you walk up the steps to the reception area, you can tell you are somewhere special. The property is beautiful! We stayed in a family room and my husband said it was his favorite room we have ever stayed in and we all voted it our favorite room of our trip (we stayed in 6 other hotels). The Master bedroom had an outdoor sitting area and girls had twin beds in the main living area where we had a comfortable couch and recliner chair, along with another smaller outdoor sitting area. The bathroom was huge! We all enjoyed seeing the resident hotel cat. My only complaints involve water temperature. The pool was freezing. I would have thought a cold pool would be nice after a day of exploring, but it was too cold to enjoy, which is a shame because it is beautiful. The water in the shower would fluctuated between burning hot and freezing cold, so you would have to time your lathering and rinsing so as not to scald or chill yourself.

Clean and beautiful grounds. Locations was great and close to so many things. Also quiet even being in the middle of the city. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom nice and amenities provided were great. Staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast each morning was great! Loved it so much! Nothing!

Very nice hotel, and good value for the money. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean, the pool area is nice, and the staff is very accommodating. We liked the location, within walking distance of the bustling night market with plenty of shopping and street food, but tucked away so that it was quiet. Highly recommended.

Average hotel food… Mosquitos get in somehow and come to visit you at night while you sleep. All it takes is one to disturb a good night’s sleep.

Unfortunately, our stay in the hotel Vwas disappointing. The rooms were dark and not clean, and both the furniture and the towels clearly need renovation and replacement. Overall, the condition of the rooms did not meet basic comfort expectations. What was especially frustrating is that the rooms we received and paid for had nothing in common with the photos shown on the website. When we raised this issue at the reception and explained that the rooms did not match the pictures at all, we were told that the photos do not reflect reality. We found this response unacceptable, as guests choose accommodation based on the images and descriptions provided.
