Very friendly staff; clean room with everything we needed; perfect location in the city center with very beautiful neighbourhood; superior view on the temple; free laundry room with washing machine and dryer -

Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Adjoining room was hostel-style, so there was some unexpected noise of people coming and going, but not too bad.

I had an excellent stay. The hotel is spotless, the reception staff are very helpful and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Everything was great, I highly recommend this place! Nothing

Location was great. Very close to temples and the Sunday night market. The facility was very clean and housekeeping available every day if requested. The room was spacious. Washer and dryer were an added perk. There is a large fridge and simple kitchen available for those that are interested. The hotel security was good with locked front door and security cameras. I love the proximity to the South Gate market. There was a 7-11 down the alley on a parallel street. The staff were nice. The bed was VERY hard and not comfortable. A foam mattress topper being made available would help tremendously. The towels didn’t smell very fresh (hotter wash and full dry needed perhaps). The hot water heater in the bathroom was not working properly and produced tepid water. It was very noisy when other guest rooms doors were closed (because of the type of lock you can’t soft close the door) and I woke at 2 and 5 am one night as a result. With that said, it was very quiet the nights no guests were on my floor. The rooms were not very sound proof and you could hear guests next door talking. No safe in the room. The small fridge was so noisy I needed to unplug it. Reception doesn’t open till 9am. Breakfast food that was “available” isn’t put out before then. I left early every morning so the supplied breakfast didn’t really work for me. The view from my room was much less spectacular than the photo. Room was up three flights of stairs. Not a problem for me but might not be suitable for everyone.

Very clean, easy to find, close to many things. They were very giving with providing fruit and coffee for optional breakfast. As well as providing drinking water and a washer/dryer service free of charge. They also had a little cafe with delicious drinks for a fair price in the hostel.

In the female dorm, there is one bed that directly faces the door. I didn’t get that bed, but I imagine whoever does would be easily disturbed by the door opening and closing.

Nothing. Everything was just great!

The room was clean uncomfortable. The showers and the bathroom also just what I needed. The staff were all very very friendly and tried to accommodate anything I needed. I love the coffee shop and the smoothie bar downstairs. I had the mango smoothie it was excellent.

The common area was comfortable and clean. The room was clean as well. Breakfast was awesome. Mattress could be more soft

I was feeling a bit sick and needed a place to lay low for a bit and this hotel was PERFECT. cute, cozy bathroom, good A/C, the comfiest bed I’ve found in Southeast Asia, and the tv had Netflix. I have zero complaints, such a find for the price!

We enjoyed our short stay at FAV INN. The location was perfect within the old town. The space was well decorated and the layout was suitable for eating, working, & relaxing. We enjoyed the available breakfast of coffee, fruits, & breads. The room & bathroom were both clean, with space to put our belongings. There was a mini fridge & additional coffee + water heater in the room. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we would stay here again & recommend it to others. The only issue we had was the drying machine automatically stopping at 10 PM. We had our belongings there & didn't notice the sign... Woops.

Free breakfast, great location. The staff are kind, and they know how to deal with their customers. All in all, nice to stay here. Nothing.

Central but quiet location, pleasant and homely atmosphere. The organization and cleanliness are at a high level, and the staff is lovely. Perfect for those on a solo trip like me, you can prepare breakfast yourself and do laundry, and also take a bike for free, everything is maintained and the products are in excellent condition. Highly recommend
