Absolutely nothing! Like others have said, it looks nothing like the photos. The photos posted by the hotel must have been from 20 years ago. They give you a towel and a bottle of water when arriving. The person at the front desk is never there past 9 pm and only arrives after 12:00pm. This is a hotel, it seems more for backpackers as they literally have the bare minimum as in sheets, blanket, pillow, and bottled water daily if you’re lucky. They do not have an iron, hairdryer or steamer. Be careful when booking the cheapest option. The cheapest option is a bed in a room of either 8 or 4 beds which they call a dormitory. Both men and women, mostly men seem to book those beds. There are two bathrooms in that dormitory. Both are moldy. There is a no smoking sign which some people ignore. The fridge is filthy. You have to be brave to swim in that pool because I’ve seen little frogs swim in that pool. Also, you need to buy mosquito spray.

The shared room had no care at all, bathroom was completely disgusting (and I dont usually complain), and the staff did not seem to care. Would not reccomend

Good location and very well priced. There is black mould growing on the ceiling of one of the showers in room 300.

There were no curtains around the beds in the mixed dorms and no lights by the bed which is a shame.

Thermostat at Hotel O Bupatara Chiangmai responded immediately to adjustments. Maintained comfortable temperature for sleeping and working. Individual room control essential. Climate comfort enhanced productivity and rest quality.

Cleaning services of hotel was optimum which enhances hygiene and reduces scope of diseases and infection. Best place for staycation.

Private check-out avoided morning crowds. The seating area provided ergonomic chair that prevented back pain during extended laptop work sessions daily.

I was highly gratified with the Smoke alarms throughout the stay which showcased there concern over safety. The living area gave me space to relax.

Bed was comfortable and they provided waters daily The floor of the bathroom, (non-shower room), was wet, and when you stepped in the tiles in the floor more water came up. The walls of the room were very dirty, marked by years of Travellers and not cleaned or repainted.

The staff were very friendly, it was in a good location and had a nice pool and it was very affordable. I booked a 6 bed dorm and there 12 beds it was not as advertised. The room was unclean and there were lots of ants in the beds and unclean bathrooms. The beds very very uncomfortable and didn’t seem stable and they creaked and shook a lot.
