Stairs to 3rd floor. Luggage support by Staff. Area with many things to do. Whole city has sewages smell from Drains. Get filthy slippers to wear after leaving shoes downstairs. Over charging for hotels everywhere now.The whole Country has gone rogue. People are extremely petty now.. Attitude to everything bad now in Thailand. Greed is in the eyes of Thai.

We were happy to have found this little place - it was great. As a family of 5 we booked all 6 beds in one of the dorms and it was great for us: the room was comfortable and spacious, the beds were very cozy and clean (the sheets were fabulously soft), the towels were lovely and soft, the 3 toilets and 2 showers in the room were appreciated, and we made good use of the kitchen to prepare some meals (no stove top though: only a microwave, sink, and kettle). Staff were friendly, and the place had a nice relaxed atmosphere and pleasant decorations. We stayed twice and enjoyed our time very much. Clever features in each bed area like USB plugs and swing-down writing surfaces were a nice touch. The location was great - close to Old Town and yet on a quiet road. We loved how we could walk to morning markets, get a massage at Lila Thai Massage (highly recommended), or walk to the Sunday Night Market. Everything is so accessible when you stay here. Highly recommended. Nothing - it was great

We love the very welcoming personnel and owners that are just adorable. The room was exceptional. Very beautiful. Decorated with a lot of taste in the Thai pure tradition. Everything was perfect, but the only thing I could say, is that I rented a room because it Was advertised with balcony and it Was Not possible, or forbidden to access the balcony. But other than that this place is fabulous.

Staff was kind and very helpful. The desk workers went out of their way to help us find some unique souvenirs we were looking for. We were placed in room 3. Unfortunately the room’s wall of windows opens onto a balcony shared with the kitchen, and it was used as a daycare space for the cleaner everyday. While the kids were overall not too loud, it was annoying to be woken up by them both in the morning and when we tried to nap in the afternoon. The pool water was so cold we weren’t able to swim.

A great little hostel with a family bunk room. We spent one night here and it was perfect for what we needed in the centre of Chiang Mai.

We all slept wonderfully! The room was designed for multiple guests and we all had space and plenty of bathroom/showers to use. Staff were so quick with laundry. The location was right near the markets and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. No complaints

Beds were comfy and good pillows. Room 3 is above the smoking area which can be loud until late. There are signs asking people to be quite but no one to enforce it. No fridge in the room.

Location, set up and price. Staff attitude. I didn’t like I had to pay a 4% surcharge for payments by credit card. It’s not really meant to be the cardholder paying this fee and I saw no such notice when making the booking. The room was ok but the shower was hard to use and in the middle of the Fillmore but no drama.

Contemporary areas for living and mess quarters, very chilled, close to all the action. Great pool, staff were excellent and very helpful with all our needs. Great value for money. Sharp corners by the pool could be improved.

Quiet street Really nice staff We loved the refreshing pool at the end if the day You're always going to hear noise in hotels, either guests talking too loud, or holiday music. We had ear plugs. It was mostly pretty quiet. Our little neighbourhood was quiet, away from their busy road.
