Have stayed in the old city numerous times over the last 20 years so I new this was the best location and best value for money. Very clean rooms and great facilities Nothing I didn’t like

The rooms were very nice and quaint. Our first night the AC wasn't working, they brought a standing fan for the night and cleaned the Ac the next day while we were touring. Also the shower water would spill over outside the shower onto the floor if you didn't turn it off between rinsing off.

Location was close to everything and also on a quiet street. Front desk staff booked our day trips and even took a food order for an early departure the next day.

Food was excellent and the prices were great. They need to hire top pros to do the repair/refresh work.

The location was great. Walking distance to great food, night markets, and all the temples you would want to see in Chiang Mai, and a short ride on Grab to really great shopping like One Nimman or Maya Mall. I stayed here with my 4-year-old son and aunt as we were on a family trip. The staff let my son feed the Koi fish on the very nice property. It was, without a doubt, one of my favorite places to stay during our Thailand trip. The staff helped us book our tours to visit Chiang Rai and to explore Ithanon National Park + Elephant Sanctuary. They also offer laundry services at reasonable rates. We will definitely come back to stay here on our next trip to Chiang Mai. I wish there were an elevator or maybe a pool on-site, but I appreciated how the staff helped us carry our heavy luggage to our room. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable. The lady on the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. The garden was a lovely serene spot to sit and relax. There was a nice cafe joined to the hotel which served great coffee and smoothies. The front desk was 24 hours.

Our room was great! It was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The location was nice as well since it's within the old city. Breakfast was nice, however, I wish there was a bit more variety with the food choices. Would definitely recommend this place!
