A pretty, traditional building, lots of dark wood & colonial touches. The staff are fabulous, so friendly. Our top floor room was lovely, nice garden view balcony with a free minibar (soft drinks & snacks) and free wifi. 3 choices at breakfast, all good. It was fun to try the 2 Thai options - but they’re spicy! Coffee 7/10. Great location near the big park (so peaceful amongst the busy streets) and night time street food stalls. Top bar/restaurant nearby - Hard Cocktails. Search out 8 to 18 Cafe for the best coffee & egg & bacon roll in Chiang Mai No complaints at all. The pool area is mid-sized with fresh towels, it’s not their fault the water is cold (unless you like a plunge). No bar onsite but plenty of room in the fridge.

Elegant facility, much thought was put into its decor. Wifi is horrible, lack of electrical outlets for charging everything that is now battery powered, water pressure and lack of variety with breakfast options.

Old fashioned style. The atmosphere of colonial house from old Hollywood movies. I love antique furniture and textile details. A lot of lushy green plants - so fresh and secret garden vibe. No possibility order even drinks. :( and no snacks. But you have a kitchen, why don’t you use it? I can not spend the whole day on the villa’s pool, as there are no food and drinks at all. Why?

One of the most beautifully designed and unique hotels we stayed in during our trip. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and you feel like you are in the Old City but with modern amenities. The room was large are had a nice balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location is perfect for visiting temples and touring Chiang Mai. Leaving.

The decoration is fabulous. The water pressure is not stable, and so is the temperature of hot water. So we have to keep getting in and out of the hot shower water.

The property was beautiful, the room quiet and comfortable, swimming pool was fantastic, the staff friendly, and breakfast was delicious. We were traveling with a five year old, not used to the heat. It was just a tad bit far for her to walk to the main streets, without complaint, for activities. If it were just my partner and I, it would’ve been no problem at all. However, there were several transportation options available to us. Would still highly recommend.

the staff always smiling and very helpful the peaceful and intimate ambiance of a cosy small hotel. sometimes the noise of cars or motobike passing in the steets nearby.

Great staff and immaculately clean! Made to order breakfast was first rate and the staff was phenomenal. The pool was very refreshing in the heat. Rooms were well appointed and the whole place was quiet with a nice zen vibe. The construction around the pool area was loud at times but this will end around 3/11/24. Bed was comfortable but a bit on the firm side.

This was a beautiful property in the heart of Chang Mai. It had a guard so it felt very safe. The breakfast that was included was delicious. I couldn’t get over how gorgeous the rooms, breakfast room, and entire property were. The staff was incredible. So sweet and helpful. They had umbrellas for the rain which cam in handy. We paid to send our laundry out for next day service which was really helpful. I HIGHLY recommend.
