Nine Hotel Chiangmai

Hôtel très bien situé. Personne souriant et très attentionné. La chambre standard n’est pas très spacieuse mais ça va.

Be sure to get the nicest room with the bathtub. It costs a bit more but is worth it. Also wonderful breakfasts and lovely personal service. Oh also wonderful rooftop area for relaxing and views.

Housekeeping went throught luggage, set menus for breakfast felt uncomfortable did not enjoy 5 days 1 piece of bacon... owner was not pleasant to talk with. Did not feel welcome at all!

There was a large carpark just in front of the hotel, which was super convenient as we were renting a car during our trip. The decoration of the room was rather special, having a distinct Thai feel, which made this part of the trip truly memorable

Rada and Jay were so helpful and friendly. They gave us excellent recommendations for what to see, where to eat, shop and more. The staff was very accommodating to my wife's special dietary concerns. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, breakfast was fresh and delicious each day.

Breakfasts were delicious, and varied day to day. In addition the staff are simply superb, preparing breakfasts "to go" when we had to leave early on a scheduled tour. Our room was simple and more than adequate but did not look like any of the pictured rooms on booking dot com, being far more modest and humble.

The perfect location in old city. Tucked away, quiet, but like a 2-15min walk to anything. The staff was excellent, so sweet and so helpful. The amenities were lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was great! 10/10

Great location, staff, and atmosphere! There were some adorable kittens living outside which were a huge highlight too. Breakfast was also great! Staff were extremely helpful in planning excursions for us and even accommodated early breakfast on days we had to leave early.

Super helpful and friendly staff, delicious and amazing breakfast, extremely clean and comfortable room with great view. We did not use the pool, however it looked lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Couldn’t believe how engaging the staff was! So friendly and the room was very modern and stylish! I’m absolutely nitpicking - these are the tiniest notes: Our safe never opened. So what?! I asked to have our minibar restocked. They have beverages available downstairs so really no harm no foul!

Modern, well equipped rooms. Front desk was very helpful with any aspect of the trip. Perfect location to visit old city.

Clean and close to Sunday ml walking street Entrance is too small and hard to see.

Right in the heart of old Chiang Mai walled city. Very pleasant staff and very accommodating. Good breakfast. Next door school was a little loud but nice to hear children laughing and singing.

We had a great experience. Rada was very friendly, she is a great manager. Thank you for making our trip feel special

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were super nice. Liked that it was a small, boutique hotel, very personal. No one told us it was next to a school that uses loud music and had loud speakers that started quite early in the morning! Other problems were lack of storage space and no hot water in the shower. We told them about the shower but nothing changed.

Very clean and friendly staff It didnt have many restaurants around the area.

We had such a an amazing time at hotel Nine Chiang Mai. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The facilities were extremely well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located inside the old city and was very easy to get around. We would highly recommend this place. Nothing! We enjoyed every bit of our stay!
