Beautiful hotel, friendly people N/A

My wife and I recently spent six wonderful nights at T Heritage Hotel in Chiang Mai, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. After three weeks of traveling throughout Vietnam and Thailand and staying in five different hotels—all of them very nice—T Heritage Hotel was, without question, our absolute favorite. Perfectly located in Chiang Mai’s Old City, the hotel places you right in the heart of the cultural experience, within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, massage spas, laundry services, and local attractions. The property itself is beautifully decorated, impeccably maintained, and incredibly welcoming. We stayed in the Executive Suite (1 King with Balcony), and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished, extremely comfortable, and immaculately cleaned each day. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was professional, courteous, warm, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Mark, Opal, the other young lady at reception, and Gift and Gig in the restaurant for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They made us feel truly valued and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent each morning, with a great variety of delicious options, and the overall value for the quality of accommodations, service, and location was remarkable. If we are blessed to return to Chiang Mai, T Heritage Hotel will unquestionably be our first choice. My wife and I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this outstanding hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Chiang Mai. Nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at T Heritage Hotel.

This was the perfect hotel. In the heart of Chiang Mai, clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. I would spring for the king room with the pool off the balcony. It was the perfect way to cool off midday after touring and exploring. Bonus - loved the complimentary mocktails and afternoon tea. Toiletries were all available, except the lotion!

Great location and exceptional staff and service
-
The staff was lovely! The location is GREAT! Very close to the airport and also walkable to the various old town gates which offered a street food event one night. Walkable to many good massage places as well. It was very safe and quiet. The breakfast was really good! Eggs to order, etc. in addition to a buffet. The restaurant and front desk staff were great! Nothing! We had a great stay and the price was very reasonable.

Good location, nice breakfast friendly staff Expensive laundry

Excellent breakfast and location was great in walled city N/A

Staff was really friendly and helpful There is black mold in the corners of the bathroom. When water leaked out of the bathroom, a lot of mold came out from under the shower door

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff. The breakfast is really horrible. The food is both poor quality and badly prepared. It’s the huge weak point of this hotel. The key is to have breakfast at a cafe outside the hotel.
-
A boutique hotel located on a quite street, walking distance to the main street of Chiang Mai old town. Lots of choices of restaurants and massages. Pool is quite small, and cleaning can be improved.

Staff was wonderful and always helpful! Room was very clean
-
One of the best hotel in downtown area. Clean and tidy. They do have afternoon tea at the pool area with nice snacks. Also the restaurant has very great food options and delicious. Breakfast though has quite limited variety of food options - but for us it was very sufficient. Room has very large bed - literally double king size, which added extra comfort. Just the location is in old town where everything was closing after 9 pm. Not an issue about hotel

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect! Didn't like the two beds were so close to each other.
-
Great room, lovely hotel in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was quite basic and one staff member kept mixing orders as she had limited English so we got baked beans (cold) instead of bacon. But the best Pancake in the world
-
The bed I am not sure why they use foam mattresses instead of spring which sagged when I slept and caused me to have a backache because I have a bad back. My friend had the same issue as me.

What a wonderful hotel. Understated elegance. So very comfortable and spacious. Terrific location and value. Contact with the staff was always a pleasure. In the dining room for breakfast, room attendants and especially Opal at the front desk. She is the most gracious, delightful and obviously beautiful young lady. Her professionalism, courtesy, hospitality and competence and articulation in multiple languages are first rate. Another reason to return to your magnificent city and hotel Daily construction next door. Nothing can be done. Luckily I was out and about. Would only have been trouble if I required a day's sleep.
-
Large room with direct pool access, very comfortable and clean property! Breakfast selection was not great in my opinion.

Location great for old town . Property is clean , modern and well managed
-
In the center of old city of Chang- Mai .

The pool entry (ladder only) was odd and not very friendly for someone with mobility concerns. I thought my poolside room would have an entrance to the pool.
