Friendly, attentive staff make you feel right at home, and the delicious breakfast each morning is a perfect, satisfying start to your day. The Pool had freezing cold water.

Siri Village Chiang Mai is a charming hotel in an excellent location, right in the historic center yet wonderfully quiet. It feels like a small oasis away from the busy streets of the old town. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The restaurant does not serve dinner, but there are plenty of great dining options just a short walk away. Overall, a lovely place to stay while exploring Chiang Mai.

The location in old city was excellent, the staff was very attentive and helpful. They even had a small cake for a birthday in our party when we checked out. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast (mostly a la carte) offered enough variety.

There were many things we liked and enjoyed. About the boutique 5 star hotel. We were told by TukTuk driver that Siri means beautiful. The property is a beautiful, quaint located in the center of the Old City. If you want a personalized northen Thai upscale experience then this is a strong choice. The staff were hard working, attentive individuals always with a hello upon return, a smile and a willingness to assist. Breakfast was restaurant style with made to order servings, and on the days of early departure the staff pepared a breakfast box. A special thankyou goes out to Aoy the GM, and front of house staff Cho and Nim. They made us feel special and always welcome. It was January, would have liked the pool a little warmer.

The hotel is so clean and beautiful aesthetically. The breakfast was very amazing and so was the afternoon tea. We had the best time at this hotel. If you are in Chiang Mai, you have to stay here. No complaints at all. The staff and the hotel were on point so I have zero complaints. The staff was actually so polite and sweet. The food was impeccable and cleaniless was on point, so no complaints at all and just. good vibes overall.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The property itself is stunningly beautiful, and the private villas made the experience feel truly special. Having our own private pool was a dream, and the attention to comfort was unmatched. Each day, the staff thoughtfully restocked our fridge with snacks and water, which was such a nice touch. The bed was a large king and one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in—perfectly cushioned without being too soft. The bathroom was luxurious and modern, complete with a bidet toilet that added to the overall high-end feel. Every detail of the room was clearly well thought out. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. It was made to order rather than a buffet, which we really appreciated because everything was fresh and customized exactly to our liking. The quality and presentation were excellent and set a perfect tone for the day. The service deserves special praise. The staff cleaned the entire resort daily, and you could tell they paid attention to even the smallest details. Room service cleaned our villa every day and surprised us with little gifts on the bed, such as keychains and mints, which made us feel genuinely cared for. The location was also perfect. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful temples within walking distance, making it easy to explore and soak in the local culture. There’s a daily night market literally down the street, and the popular Saturday night market is less than two miles away, which made evenings especially fun and convenient. We stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. We were welcomed with rose petals and thoughtful gifts on the bed—all complimentary—which made us feel so special and appreciated. The level of hospitality and warmth from the staff was exceptional. This was truly a perfect honeymoon destination, and we can’t wait to return. NOTHING. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel that is tucked away from the noise of the busy streets of the old city neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful— we could hear the evening prayers from the Wat close by. Outstanding service from the staff— they even arranged an all day car service to take us shopping. Would stay here again.

The location was great—close to everything but not loud. The room was beautiful, bright and spacious. The tub was great. Very helpful with luggage. Private pool is nice idea in the shade for summer (too cold in the shade at winter). Pool cabanas are cleaned each day so it’s nice to lay under them to relax. The rollaway bed was hard…not useable. Also, breakfast takes too long with family members served up to 25 minutes apart. Even getting coffee takes 5-10 minutes and the machine is right there. Made my own latte after I saw what was happening.

Relaxing and immaculate Nothing

The staff went out of their way to make sure that were comfortable and they didn’t disappoint us. They sent us coconut water to our room made sure I felt like I was at home.

The style and comfort of the hotel. It isn't a large hotel but the rooms had plenty of space. Breakfast menu wasn't the best but that wasn't a problem given the standard options available
