The location was really close to everything, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Nothing really! Was a nice stay ?

Pretty basic but good value. Nice staff and the rooms were okay. I like how there was stairs up to the top bunk as opposed to a ladder! My locker was broken and I'm not a big fan of leaving my shoes outside!

Every problem that I've had with this place was resolved, so I thank them for that.

The price was super cheap and the manager allowed me to check in early in the morning without paying for an extra night which was very helpful and I’m grateful for that :) Bed itself and capsule set up was very nice. Appreciated having space next to my bed to spread out my things. Staff very responsive on WhatsApp. Only downside were bathroom/shower facilities. Very very old, gross, grungy. Hostel did not provide hand soap for the bathroom! Many hostels don’t provide free shampoo and body wash for the shower, but I’ve never seen a hostel that doesn’t provide hand soap, so gross!! Also, not all bathrooms had toilet paper. One bathroom door could only close by scraping against the toilet seat, you actually had to lift the seat up in order to close the door and then put the seat back down. Showers felt very exposed - some set up right in the hallway with walls that didn’t go all the way to the ceiling and one didn’t even have a lock. Not the safest feeling when showering. No social scene at all, which was ok for me. If the bathroom/shower situation was greatly improved I’d recommend this hostel. Otherwise, I️ personally would not stay here again.

The price was affordable. They had AC in the room except one guest turned it off because he was too hot. The bed was comfortable except the sheet was somewhat small. The location was good. No towel was provided, but I had one with me. The hotel has self check-in, so you have to wait for the code to be sent to you.

The other guests were all lovely and kind. Having a kettle was useful. Location was great I had to sleep in the reception because when I checked into my bed there were ants in it and it was not cleaned thoroughly from the person staying beforehand.

The owner was really nice. The place was clean, the beds were big and comfortable. Inside of the wall of the city, close to the centre. Perfect location Maybe the place would need one more toilet

Nothing My capsule was filled with bedbugs everywhere, it also had a strong smell. My friend also found bedbugs in his capsule. We both ended up leaving in the middle of the night. I tried contacting the owner for a refund but they haven’t answered.
