Location is fantastic. Room clean and cozy. Shower was hot (reduce how much you let flow out). Affordable cleaning service available.

It was so cozy! Great location for walking everywhere but tucked away and quiet. Nothing, I would stay there again!

Very lovely place. The foliage and decor. The amenities left by the room even if no disturb sign was on. Also the location was ideal to look around the area.

Nice small hotel in the old part of Chiang Mai. Location is very walkable to the Wats and food options. Rooms were neat and clean. Service was excellent, they even remembered my birthday! Good value for money. Laundry on site is very convenient Loved the water cooler outside with hot and cold water. Regular rooms are on the smaller side. We got the larger family room which is basically two rooms

The best - Kwan! She welcomed us ( by name) when we arrived and she continued to be so helpful throughout our time here. We also loved the way the hotel is nestled back off the busy street. We were provided water and snacks and support when booking tours, etc..

I absolutely loved staying at Apilapa hotel. It was clean, comfortable, hot showers, laundry service available, and walking distance to great restaurants, coffee show, temples, etc. The hotel is centrally located by also quiet at night which was important to me. Kwan is the host and she was so friendly and helpful! Kwan gave a very warm welcome and helped me book all the tours and provided restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cozy family ran hotel, very friendly staff. Great value for the price, location is great. I even receive a cake on my birthday from the owner Kwan, it was a pleasant surprise! I really enjoyed my stay here, and highly recommend it!

This small place felt like home. There’s not much to it but what they do is amazing. They cleaned the room very well everyday, gave fresh water bottles and they had Netflix. Best part was the staff. They know how to take care of people

It was very quiet and clean. Bed was not a western bed with a mattress it was like sleeping on the floor for a side sleeper.

It’s tucked away from any busy roads, but is close enough to get to everything within a short tuk tuk ride. We reserved the family room with a king bed and two additional beds and it came with two bathrooms. The showers are simple, but effective with a localized mini adjustable water heater, and two ACs to cool the room, since it’s larger than the others. Staff will also come in and refill waters, and toilet paper, and refresh trash bins for you. Really enjoyed my stay! Nothing really. The bathrooms aren’t to top tier hotel standard, but for the price that’s ok. It gives a more local feel that I like.

Kwan, our host, was delightful. Beautiful setting, very comfortable room.

A perfect location, very clean and quiet. Loevely with all the teak wood. Our wonderful and very helpful host Iris went out of her way to give us a memorable experience. Her tips really improved our time in the city/area. The futon-type bed never quite agreed with our stiff middle-aged backs, even though the host tried to help by adding a second topper. This is, of course, more our problem than the hotel's.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and everything kept spotlessly clean. The host, Kwan, was so nice and helpful in answering questions and booking tours. The location is perfectly situated on a quiet street in the city center. No complaints.
