Very clean, nice location, nice staff, overall great stay for the price. The way the picture was taken made the bathroom look like it was normal size, but your knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet because it's so small. Also the doors and windows didn't really seal well, so you could hear every noise outside throughout the stay.

The staff is very attentive and always willing to help with anything you need. The facilities are lovely and have everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It’s located right in the city center, with easy access to main attractions and points of interest.

Reasonable price point. Wonderful staff. Shower temperature was tepid at beat. Thin walls so you could hear rude noisy guests in the hallway as they stumbled by our room at midnight.

Good location right in the heart of Old Town Water in room tepid. You can hear people all around you. Not a lot of privacy. You can hear other guests going by your room and many do not have respect and can easily be heard.

The bathroom was so stinky. It smelled very moldy and made the whole room smell. The room was very small and had no window which would have been fine if it didn’t feel like the mold was taking over.

Location, and the design of the lobby. First, there’s no elevator, we were on the 3Fl, they didn’t offer any help with the suitcase. Second, the room was tiny, no space at all, the shower was claustrophobic. Third, we didn’t have tea/coffee maker. Overall, I have expected that hotel that got high ratings, should meet the expectations.

The hotel is in a good postion to visit Chiang Mai. The room was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Bed super comfortable! The room is very small, you can hardly find a space to leave your luggages. Unfortunately there.was bad smell coming from the shower drain.

Could only give it a 9 because we were given the wrong room and had to be changed to a slightly bigger room but again with no window. Otherwise it would have been a 10. Room without a window

Location Very small rooms so no real space for unpacking luggage. Very thin walls so noisy whenever someone walks in hallway. Hallway lights are always on and shine through into rooms around door.

Location, size of bedrooms, and friendly staff were the highlights of this hotel. There were no windows in our bedrooms, and bathrooms smelled a bit like a drainage pipe, and when having a shower, the water was all over the place.
