The property is located in a great area, very close to the main temples and the night street market, making it very convenient for exploring. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the price is definitely worth it considering the location, room quality, and service provided. The walls are thin so you could hear the noise from the outside

I have no complaints great staff the love the room was very clean and the café below food was amazing. There’s so many places in the local area to explore as well.

breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious. The hotel was in close walking distance to walking street. Breakfast room inside was a little small and hard to get a table in the air conditioning. Not much room to sit around the pool.

Nice location in old quarters. Easy to walk around and get transportation from the hotel. We booked a balcony room but the balcony on the back side of the hotel is glassed in. It was not very welcoming or usable. Wifi was not always working.

The staff was outstanding. The restaurant area was wonderful, room was nice. Great location with the best things in walking distance. It was all good.

What a hidden gem. What you get for the money is outstanding. This review is written after staying at a half dozen places in Old Town. Comfortable bedding, nice size balcony with incredible view of the mountains. Keep in mind the price, it does have its dings as well. Happy with breakfast all week and super central to all we needed to go to. Hot water was lacking, it was warm but not hot. No chair on the balcony. It could be noisy at night but that's what white noise machines are for, never leave home without them.

The hotel is well-kept and maintained, in a good, central, and relatively quiet location. If you have a car, there’s plenty of parking space available. The room was clean and included all the amenities. It felt more like a 4–5-star hotel than a 3-star one. There isn’t hot water sometimes. But it’s common in Thailand..

The breakfast was very good. The beds seemed ok, but I would have a back ache in the morning. The first room was so noisy until very late at night. We could not sleep. We were moved to the other side of the hotel for the last two nights. This was better.

The hotel offers good value for money, and the room was comfortable. It is located near the historic part of the city, which is convenient for sightseeing. The pool area is small and uncomfortable, not very pleasant to spend time there. The hotel is located near the historic area, but far from the restaurant district and night markets, which we found to be a better area to stay. Additionally, the shower had very low water pressure.

on a busy street near the center of lots of Wats. easy walks in all directions for visiting. cafe was open for business and was good food if you don’t want to chance street food. no dislikes

The hotel looked fantastic from the outside and it did not disappoint when entered. The rooms were a good size and very clean and comfortable, The pool was very great too. The area outside the hotel with outside seating and dining was very comfortable and great for watching life go by. Breakfast was really good and we could not have wanted anything more. The location is excellent and the staff Brilliant. We would definitely stay here again and not hesitate in recommending it to anyone.

Location was great. Really enjoyed the room layout. Very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed. Seating area in lobby area was great to have access to and nice to have food right there if needed. Showers never got hot. Luke warm as best. Our balcony didn’t go outside, it was enclosed. The other side of the hotel had balconies to the outdoors. Pool didn’t have much seating areas. Breakfast was not included, which I would typically not care much about, but based on other places in the area that we stayed, and for the price point, this was surprising.
