Worse experience ever

4 storey building have no elevators. Lights in room not sufficient

It is 4 storey without elevators people with heavy luggage is not convenient. Lights in the room are not sufficient

We thought this hotel was an old Thai structure with lots of wood and character; we thought it was at least 100 years old but learned it was built to look that way. The hotel is in a great location in old town. This hotel would not work for a person who had mobility issues, as the stairs are somewhat steep (and there is no elevator). But for anyone else this is a great hotel.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, they gave us a map, showed the main points of interest, recommended places to eat and helped us book tours, always ready to help with anything. Not a lot of natural light in the room, but we were outside most of the day, so it didn't matter that much. As some other reviews pointed out, some fixtures are a bit outdated and not very well maintained. There could be slight improvements in the cleanliness department, but it wasn't anything too extreme or that stopped us enjoying our time there.

I honestly have no complaints.

The hotel looks like an old hotel. It is not that old but was built to look old. Beautiful wood throughout.

I found the hallways and rooms quite dark, hard to see where to put your key in.

Beautiful location, looks unimpressive from the outside but inside is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were lovely, from helping me carry by bag to chatting and giving me suggestion on where to visit within the city and out of it, they were so sweet and nice, I wish them all the best ? No elevator, but it is what it is. Thankfully the the nice receptionist helped me when I first arrived.

I like properly its near to anything.like resto cafe I like the local vives like old vibes designs.

The entire place is tastefully designed with some kind of chinese aesthetics and is also located conveniently in the old quarter amidst good cafes, very good thai eateries and night markets. The room decor including that of the restroom is very memorable with a old world charm. The lobby has certain areas within including walls and furniture that look unused and worn out. An elevator elevator would also have been very convenient especially at this price point.

Very unique and beautiful. Great location and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone even thinking about booking the Namton. Really enjoyed my stay. Great coffee shop, Gravity out the door to your right and amazing restaurant Cafe Di Siam to your left. Great prices and excellent service. Push the button at your table and see if you can count to ten before they arrive. Cheers They were booked up and I wanted to extend my stay.

In the room we were assigned, I would suggest including a sofa or chair for additional comfort and changing the bathroom shower position, as it's close to the wood and doesn't provide the best experience.

Where to start? This place is amazing! I was skeptical in the beginning, but when I walked into the hotel, I was amazed by the design and structure of the building. The room, the doors, and everything is beautiful. The staff was super helpful and speak great English. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and not too soft. And the location is super. We were the during the weekend, and the Sunday night market is just so close. The shower water is not hot enough. Tbh, it's barely warm.

Great location really cool eclectic facility. Sand and Parn were FANTASTIC. GREAT STAFF. Shower temperature fluctuated considerably throughout showering.

Everything!!!! It is a very beautiful hotel and the staff really made it more beautiful with their kindness, even after I had checked out. My stay was during Loy Krathong, the staff sat with guests to help make lanterns to float and explained the holiday. It was very special. The tub is lovely and was a great way to unwind at the end of the night. They do not have a resturaunt/bar but it did'nt matter as there are so many options just outside. And they recommended some very good ones.
