It was in the heart of the city. Close to all tourist attractions. Amazing location easy to grab a grab ride. This beautiful hotel is privately tucked in an alley. It’s quiet with a charming atmosphere. The staff are super kind. I absolutely loved the room with enough space to be comfortable. Clean linens & towels. It is all you need for a long or short stay. I loved everything!!

we loved our room, spacious with high ceiling, comfy bed and nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, also it had a tea pot and a fridge.
-
Location was not too bad Many things didn’t work/ function correctly. They front desk people didn’t understand what we weren’t trying to communicate to solve the problems. The younger one had bad attitude. The receptionist the day we arrived on the other hand was great. Very skimpy with toilet paper and things like that
-
Very clean, room was lovely, cleaned every day if you want it and amazing for the price. Not a lot, it was great for us. Stopped in other hotels in Chiang Mai which were twice the price and half the quality.

Good location. Stylish building. Qiet Bed and pillow was too hard

Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean, hotel was tucked back in an alley and very quiet, very close to both Saturday and Sunday night markets The lack of a standard shower, there was a sprayer but no was to hold it up unless you did it automatically and the jets in the hottub did not work in our room

Bathroom had a smell all the time. Cleaning wasnt as good. No small bathroom towels and no hand soap!
-
Lovely and helpful staff, close to everything, big rooms and very comfy beds (softer in the deluxe and harder in the superior), loved the hot-tub after long days, but better water current in the Superior shower... Also just fyi - you cannot smoke in the balcony, so if you're taking the deluxe like me for that reason - know that a superior room will answer your needs instead..

Great location in the heart of old town. Close to the Sunday night market. No extra amenities but the rooms are clean and have AC. Staff on 24/7 and a security guard at the front at night. My shower was occasionally cooler than I’d prefer but no complaints since the days are so hot.

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Bed wasn't comfortable - woke with back pain. Elevator noise was loud & seemed to be constantly in operation.

I stayed here three of the four weeks that I was in Chiang Mai. The staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice clean rooms at a very reasonable price. Very close to Wat Chedi Luang. No breakfast, but there are options close by.

The staff are really great. Yim, who is on the desk in the morning was especially helpful, always ready with a smile. The room was beautiful, clean and comfy. No breakfast, but there are several nice options close by. Great value for the price. They were doing construction next door, which was a little noisy. I couldn't hear it up in my room, though.

I am sorry, I did not expect the access blocked to the property. We had to carry our luggage from Main Street to the property. There was no way to get to the property with taxi or car. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Property location, didn’t care much. Had to cut the stay there short, from May 14 to May 16 only.

The location, the friendly staff, the design of the rooms, the rooftop which was great. Nothing.

The hotel looks lie somebodies family house bud the family is rich) Everything is detailed and done with the attention to the details. We were not in the highest season but even if it costed double of it's price it is worth it. The reception area needs more organisation. It looks like the stuff have just moved in.

Good location hotel in Chiang Mai. The rooms were clean and it was pretty quiet - No breakfast facilities - No pool and it was 35 degrees when we visited Chiang Mai - No iron available at reception
