I love this place. If I was living in Chiang Mai, or a digital nomad and looking to be stationary for a while, this would be the place. So much common space to use and work in, the free gym next door, free tea/coffee/water, massive lockers, comfy beds, laundry facilities, and a roof terrace. 11/10 no notes.

I like the proximity of the place. Near to markets and convenient stores. I loved the in house gym.

Amazing place to stay! Room size is nice and you can use the rooftop. Also the gym is huge!!! Honestly I liked it all but if there were a cooktop it would be ?

the free access to the gym was amazing, Ning the receptionist was a sweetheart and the location was central and close to countless of restaurants and cafes. I really felt at home my entire stay.

Everything: big room, TV, hot shower and nice views of north side CNX from the balcony. Ning is super friendly and very wise when it comes to recommendations about future stays and CNX in general It's very popular (for great reasons) so my preferred room isnt always available haha

The single room was clean, big with a TV. Large Locker for all your stuff. The commons area is a big old and not that much "vibe" to meet others. But beside the building, all is perfect ?

As the room is facing a busy street, the earplugs worked really well. Everything else was great ?

Receptionist 10/10 :) Everyone is friendly and motivated to work and exercise. There are interesting books to read. You can also bring your own to leave - I will read them next year. You don't need a scooter at all. But the rental is also here 2mins walk if you want to race in the morning on one of the scenic mountain public race tracs (sorry... roads). Just have medical insurance and you go. Little bit noise from the street during night. Traffic never stops 24/7. It's good thing and bad at the same time. If you need to live on another time zone, then it is good. If you like to have little bit ambient sound it also good (complete silence might feel weird sleeping with other people). Some more tips that might help someone... March / April I heard can be air quality bad, because of field fires, so check before boarding the flight... Sleeper night train was bad because of the track (I lost all next day sleeping). It worth paying extra for the flight even if you traveling with a luggage.

I believe that’s why people keep extending here because she makes this place and makes me want to return and she seems like she is always there. When I wake up she’s there when I got to bed even when I do a late night run to 711 she’s there. Makes me happy to see her there, but also hoping she gets a break. I think I just did not see her 1 day during my stay. I also was going to do an overnight track and could not find a place to store my bag and she offered to store it for me. Also I liked how we could go to the gym as it was included in the hostel. It motivated me as everyone in the hostel kept asking if I went to the gym. Not in a mean way, it just motivated you to go to the gym. It seemed like everyone there motivated each other because when I came back from the guy another gym said. Now I feel like I needed to go, so it kind of builds a community. Though it’s not the gym bro vibe. It’s more like digital nomads being like man maybe I need to get in shape again. Lastly I loved the free chocolate milk, coffee and tea:) I wished there were notes in the room about the AC. The AC worked amazingly but if there was a note as I seen in other hostel about keeping the AC about 23-25°C for everyone comfort that would have been amazing as some of my roommates would turn off the AC and they liked the room to be around 28-30°C . So two of us were sweating at night because of the AC not being on. I think because you only got a blanket maybe the other girls needed a comforter if we turned on the AC. So I think just a note on the room would have helped. Can’t think of anything else.

Dorm room was dark all the time.

Staff were excellent!

I got a private room. It was good size with a balcony. Bathroom and toilets were clean enough and well stocked. Good Wi-Fi speed and coverage. Hot and cold water in the common area. Good AC. Room was very noisy with traffic noise even if you close balcony door and windows. Bed mattress was hard. The place does not respond to messages or call (whatsapp or sms). There is no one at the reception in the morning.

The owner was exceptionally helpful with a couple of requests that I had. Very clean accommodations and a pleasant stay, I’ll be back for sure

Perfect location, clean, well maintained. Ning at reception is a gem, such sweet person. The rooms are clean with all facilities. Good wifi, gym attached to the building. Washroom, coffee makers at all floors. Amazing balcony to chill out. Seven eleven nearby Wish I could stay longer.

My favorite hostel in Chiang Mai. Really love the staff here and the gym access is a great perk
-
Great value for the price especially w/ access to a very good gym right next door. Even just the room for the price would be worth it. No frills but everything works AC, Wifi, etc. great location There's some road noise from the street outside, not that bad.

The price is really great, and the location is amazing. The beds were HORRIBLE. They felt worse than sleeping on the hard ground, I honestly have no idea how I got to sleep at all. Trying to sleep on my side would make parts of my body go numb from lack of blood flow.
