Paid in advance, showed up and there was a big sign that said they don't accept bookings from OYO. I have been trying to get a refund for days now. They keep sending generic messages and refusing to actually help or issue the refund. Absolute scam -- DO NOT BOOK. The accommodation has terminated the cooperation with booking.com, but is still listed. Upon arrival at the accommodation, I was told that there was a free room, but at a much higher price. Since I arrived very late, I had no choice but to take the room. The staff was very nice, however I would not recommend the booking.

DON'T BOOK HERE or you lose your money!! It's a FRAUD!!! They Claim they stopped their contract with Booking.com, Agoda and OYO since October 22, yet they still lie and allow online booking and just wait for poor suckers like me and many others to arrive at the accommodation, only to find out at the last moment that the booking is FALSE! They claim they are not responsible, but when asked to confirm the cancellation and allow the refund (as is the policy of the online booking apps),they refuse to do so and use the "non refundable" booking condition as the main and formal excuse, ,even though I haven't stayed there for even a single moment or even got to see the room. You're left to fend off incompetent costumer service agents who only reply with generic reply and zero relevance, only to stall time and despairing the victims of this scam!

the property is very nice and clean as well as being in a great location for everything in Chiangmai. Also it has a self service laundry service attached to it which is useful when travelling, was and dry up to 12kg for 40baht. This property has changed its policy so basically any booking or payment made through booking.com is not valid however this is disclaimed no we’re on the listing. when we arrived we were told we didn’t have a booking which was annoying but not a big deal because we hadn’t yet paid however other people were having the same issue and had already paid and were refused a refund but also unable to stay. It worked out fine for us because there was 1 available room which we paid for in cash, it cost us £12 more than it stated on booking.com but over 4 nights between 2 people we said it was fine. It turned out fine for us however we saw at least 8 groups get turned away over our 4 night stay.

Is a very well located Hostel and in a quiet area. The hoster was so helpfull and they make you feel like at home. Definetly is a place to come back. The room has a confy bed and is clean. The price is really cheap for what you get in Chiang mai
