Nothing The room is not clean, the showers are old and dirty, there is a smell of mold in the room, and with thin walls (you can hear everything from outside), the bed is hard as a rock, we couldn't fall asleep.

Cool neighbourhood with a lot of coffeeshops around and if you rent a scooter its the best way to move in cnx. The hotel it has peaceful ambience with lots of silence and a good mattress to sleep.

Clean, modern and Netflix on TV :)! Great for chilling out. Lots of eating/ drinking places a short walk away and 7-Eleven at the end of the street Would be good if we had a kettle in our room although there were all other amenities :)

We enjoyed the location which was away from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai. Although this was our second time, it was a little sad to see so many shops closed and the crowds were sparse compared to pre covid. We also enjoyed how local we were, and so we soaked it all in by having meals in the neighbourhood. Construction. On the third day, construction began and it was extremely noisey in the mornings. There was no notice to inform the guests, which would be been appreciated. Instead we woke up to jackhammers and the sound of workers.

Really cute hotel. Very simple, but we loved the zen aesthetic and the big newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. We liked the location a lot. 15 min from the night market which was our favorite place in Chang Mai. The area has many restaurants and cute spots, mainly visited by locals. The pool was out of order :( since this is the main facility the hotel offers, we were a bit upset it was completely broken an unappealing. We only found out when we got there, although by the looks of it, it had been out for a while.
