The hotel has the best staff I’ve encounter, everyone are so helpful and nice. They always have good recommendations for restaurants or activities to do, especially Mimi that always care so much about the guests. It’s also worth to point out that the cleaning stuff clean the room every day in a high standard. Honestly you get what you paid for so there really isn’t much to complain about. It’s a good place to stay in Chiang Mai in a very good location.

It was really cute and clean. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The location was a little off to the side but close enough that tours could pick us up and that we could walk to popular areas.

The ASA is excellent, staff is fantastic and the breakfast is good. The all day coffee: yes! Used to have cappachino machine but hey, no problem. When it’s filling up the price gets too steep. It’s not a luxury hotel but the price can reach that level.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a nice little swimming pool, and the location is convenient. The room and premises were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was average but adequate.

Asa Hotel truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The location was ideal, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The front desk staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, easily the best service we experienced during our time in Thailand. Breakfast each morning was solid with a good variety, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Asa Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It was a nice property, Located near old town. Great value. Super comfy bed! Loved Mon, at the front desk. All of them were fabulous actually. Actually I wouldn’t say anything.

Everything was perfect. Very new building with great facilities, good room and bathroom. The staff were the best, super friendly and giving great recommendations. Location was 15-20min walk from Old City. Offered free water, coffee and juice 24/7. Would definitely stay there again. I don’t have much to dislike. Walls were thin so you could hear the other guests, especially when they left the door open and it kept beeping. But it didn’t bother us too much.

The front desk staff were amazing; very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent; close to lots of attractions but very quiet at night. The breakfast was wonderful and the pool was clean and refreshing. I can't think of any deficiencies except that they were too popular and busy so we couldn't stay an extra couple of nights. Next time!

The people could not have been more helpful and the location is excellent- 12 mins from airport and walking distance to centre. The pool is clean and refreshing. There are drinks available and a breakfast. As you can't flush toilet paper-..like most of Asia -a covered bin would be preferable.

Also the free drinks were a huge plus, especially after a long day walking in the heat. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
