Nobody at the réception desk during the day, , phone numbers not working even with a thaï sim card

Super comfortable and homey. It was very clean, located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The daily night market is just few minutes away. The room is cute and well maintained. Everything worked very well: strong wifi, powerful aircon, and good shower. We’ve been in Thailand for over a month, and it was our best stay in Thailand. The staff was not present most of the time and some of them speak very limited English, so they’re not helpful. Payment process was a bit strange. We wanted to pay with card, but we were really surprised when the staff took the card from us, called someone, and dictated our card credentials over the phone (the conversation was in Thai but we know numbers in Thai). The payment went through, but then we were really worry about the card so we had to block it immediately afterwards. Also, they cleaned our room, but then they took one towel without replacing it, and we couldn’t ask a new one because the staff wasn’t there.

A very cosy and homely feel to the room. Manager was also very considerate when I had to leave a day early and didn't charge me

Modern and clean room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is situated in a quiet dead end street and we could sleep with open windows thanks to the mosquito nets :) The area is close to old town and about a ten minute walk to our favourite morning and night market at the south gate of old town.

good location although the neighborhood is quiet, the room facing behind is too close to the neighbor's balcony. 2 nights of my stay the neighbor were playing loud music in mid night, until I went out awkwardly to ask them to stop
