The staff especially Maria and Angie. They were so polite and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. I didn’t like the location of the pool that it was close the street.

Perfect location with a nice small walk you can be at the temples or at the market Everything was amazing, I would do a bit of renovation at the bedroom to make them more functional and comfortable

Breakfast area wasn’t the cleanest. Staff wasn’t too engaging or friendly which was a surprise for Thailand.

I loved the way the property looks. I did not like how one of the women almost made me miss my flight over food stains that were on a towel. I was pressured into paying $500 baht for a towel which means it was $13usd+ for 1 towel that should have been washed. Which means the stain was removable. That alone had me wondering if they fully clean all the linen that’s used in the rooms. There was this nice guy that works at the front desk. He has been awesome the entire time. He’s a great asset to the hotel his attitude alone is what all people should display. He’s definitely a rare gem. Other than the young lad with the nasty attitude the food was great, the other staff was great, and their accommodations to help you transition to your room is awesome. Another thing that I appreciated was the laundry and being able to wash all my belongings with the soap being included.

Breakfast was great, lots of options and my whole family loved the coffee machine! The place had a pool that we didn’t have time to try out but looked great. And the staff was very friendly. We used the common area tables to play card games. everyone on my trip agreed if we come back to chiang mai, we will be staying here! We paid a similar price at a different hotel and this was definitely a better choice There is nothing major I didn’t like. Breakfast area is open air, infront of the pool but covered, which we liked. As with most places, During the most busy time at breakfast, seating felt a little limited, but it was never a big deal. We always figured out a place to sit

This was our favorite hotel while traveling all throughout thailand! Location is great. The breakfast was sooooo good! The pool was a little small but super cute. There was perfect water pressure/hot water. There was so much free bottled water which is super important. The staff was so helpful and kind. I didn't know there was also a free washer and dryer!! Would definitely stay here again. n/a
