Love the breakfast each day they have different kinds of food

Breakfast was delicious!! So many amazing options that were authentic. Staff was always very helpful, location was great and central to the city. Only like a 10-12min drive from Chiang Mai airport. N/A

CREW Hotel is a lovely place to stay while visiting Chiang Mai. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, the Old City walls, and within walking distance of the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and the Chiang Mai Sunday Night Market. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful (they even emailed me to let me know that something was forgotten in the room after checkout!), and the lobby area has plenty of tables and seating available. The breakfast was also great with lots of variety, including fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, granola, coffee, and more. The rooms were clean and came with unlimited free water, a TV, toiletries, safe, and small refrigerator. Overall, it is definitely an amazing value, especially for the price, location, and awesome staff. I highly recommend! The mattresses and pillows were too firm for my liking

Absolutely amazing! Tasty breakfast with lots to choose from everyday, friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, close to the old town, cats roaming around and clean, spacious rooms! Would definitely recommend. The pool was cold! For sports swimming shoukd be ok, but not for recreational swimming.

The highlight was definitely the front desk staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly helped us book trips and even called places to help us make reservations. Their warm attitude and excellent service made a big difference.

Clean. Fairly good location, off the main area, so quiet and quaint. Coffee machine, juice and fruit available all day. Very appreciated! Plumbing was noisy sometimes...water running through the pipes . Pool was too cold to really enjoy. Needed more place for clothes! Hangers, drawer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond my expectations - they helped me with everything I needed and always did so with a big, genuine smile. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet still just a short walk from the old city. The pool was also lovely. I really enjoyed my stay and I’m be coming back again soon! The only small issue was that the shower water pressure and temperature were sometimes inconsistent, occasionally switching between hot and cold. It wasn’t a major problem for me, but it’s something to be aware of.

Very good breakfast. Great staff. Tons of free bottled water. No real lobby or comfortable chairs to hang out. Pool is very cold and little ambience.

The location was convenient and relatively quiet, with easy access to Chiang Mai. This place is basically an overpriced hostel. Housekeeping was useless, the one time we let them in, our room was barely cleaned and our belongings were moved and left on the floor. They seemed more focused on looking for things to charge us for than providing service. We were hit with a ~$20 “damage” charge because a black pillowcase we brought ourselves transferred dye onto their sheet; when I asked to see it, the sheet was already ripped and didn’t smell like it had been cleaned. They were just trying to get more money out of us. When I showed them it was already ripped, they agreed to waive the fee. If I didn’t ask to see the sheet, they would have easily have taken my money. After this, we stopped allowing them to “clean” our room. The room had multiple issues: the bathroom flooded during showers, water temperature constantly swung between scalding and freezing very 60 seconds, literally. There was no practical storage for luggage or clothes, the furniture layout was impractical, and the bed and pillows and chairs were extremely firm. The pool is misleading—it’s a dark, narrow indoor lap pool that’s uninviting and essentially unusable. Breakfast raised serious food-safety concerns. As other reviews mentioned, cooked food sat out for hours and previously cooked items were served cold/room temp. After eating a cold chicken nugget, I became violently ill a few hours later and nearly had to cancel a prepaid excursion. The hotel breakfast was the only thing I had eaten within the last 12 hours, so it was the obvious culprit. When I brought this up to the staff, their only response was “why is no one else sick?” Avoid at all costs. There are so many other hotels with similarly good locations in the city.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional! All of the people at the front desk are welcoming, warm and very attentive to one’s needs. The breakfast was amazing! We stayed for six days, and each day we tried new delicious Thai or Asian food at breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is located close to the moat, so we walked everywhere. It is a small hotel so you feel like at home. We loved our stay at the CREW Hotel! I think that everything was great!

Breakfast had good options. Free coffee and water. Rooms were clean and a good size.

Great Location and wonderful staff

I like the breakfast which delicious and has variety. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff are very hospitable, make me feel like coming to a friend house. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Sound proof for the door can be better.
