Charming boutique hotel, perfect location - access to everything with a beautiful and quiet 5 min walk. Hotel workers are wonderful, always attentive. Rooms are clean, comfortable and morning views on the terrace are lovely. Highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful! Lovely staff that is so accommodating, very clean and spacious rooms, and the bed is very comfortable with good connection to netflix, etc. Location is perfect - very quiet so you can get an excellent sleep, just a 1 minute walk to coffee shops and further 2 minutes to the old city. Overall, I very much recommend this lovely boutique hotel! Waking up in the morning to the views of the mountain and bird chirping is really lovely. Nothing at all!

Beautiful property. Very clean. Both front desk employees were very helpful and super sweet! I felt so loved. Welcome drink, helping booking tour, breakfast, all of their kindness they showed, made my stay wonderful. Nothing!

I toik the villa and the bath in there was freacking AWESOME !!!!! people really helpful and nice and the breakfast was yummy

The owner of the hotel is really nice and works hard to make sure your stay is exceptional. She is happy to help you plan activities. The hotel is very clean. It is about a 10minute walk from the old city. It was a little out of the way and did not have a Thai feel.

The hotel is lovely, so bright and the decor is beautiful. The staff were outstanding, extremely welcoming and friendly, they felt like family straight away. There was welcome drinks, snacks and a light meal on arrival. The rooms were delightful; very well presented, clean and spacious, with a balcony off the bedroom. A lovely selection of complimentary snacks and drinks were provided. Everyone who wanted to participate was shown how to make a krathong, which was so much fun. Then we were all escorted to the river, which was a very short walk, to release them. The personal touches were amazing and appreciated, my sister and I even received our favorite snacks as a parting gift. The location was perfect, all the shopping and eateries was within a short walk of the hotel. This was a beautiful boutique hotel and I would definitely stay there again when visiting Chiang Mai. Everything thing was great! Myself and my sister thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent staff service and room

A bit removed from center but that made the property and surrounding area quiet..

I booked this property because of the proximity to Old City. Not knowing much about Chiang Mai before arriving, I knew I either wanted to be in Old City or right next to it and this property did not disappoint. When I arrived I was greeted with what they call tea time. It was a small platter of Thai delights which was a pleasant treat. They provided this both days of my stay. The place was immaculately clean. The room had a very nice bathtub and shower as well. The a/c unit kept the room as cool as I’d like which I’m sure would come in handy on those hot humid summer months. The staff were excitedly hospitable and nice as well. The area is very walkable, in fact I think the entire city is. No fear of being pick pocketed or theft. There wasn’t much not to like. The pool water was cold. I was only there for two nights and didn’t have any plans on swimming, but if I wanted to the water was too cold for me. My kids though, they wouldn’t have cared.
