The property and rooms are beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. Nothing very negative, but a few things you should be aware of: There really wasn’t much WiFi in the room (speed test read 2mb). You can use the WiFi downstairs, but the doors are locked at 7pm and sometimes it’s noisy. It is a bit far from the old town, which I thought wouldn’t be a problem, but ended up being a bit of an effort when staying there for so many days. I’m sure on a short trip it’s not a bother or if you rent a scooter. The coffee shop downstairs wasn’t open, so you can’t actually order anything.

I spent a week at Ratchiangsaen flora house. It was a great time and everything worked perfectly. Mei is a very good housekeeper and always always available for help.Owner very helpful I contact her by whatapp.she help me with tm30 and booked a trip to Pai.The rooms are nice, clean and functional. The accommodation is calm and cosy.Very close to the old town of Chiang Mai are easily accessible - even by foot. We thank you very much for the excellent hospitality and will be happy to come back soon.

The rooms is beautiful and comfortable, located near the center city but cozy place, quiet, relax, near the interesting place such as, ancient temples and pagodas, walking market, museums etc. You can walk around there to see a beautiful culture.? Good choice to stay here.??? -

I spent 5 nights here with my friends and I add extra bed. I felt at home. The room is large and comfortable, wifi is great,from the terrace we have a lovely view . This place have a car park,near local market .Easy to find food and sightseeing around the city. The room is cleaned every day. -

We spent a long weekend at this hotel and it was really good. The room was nice, roomy and very clean. Nice balcony . The staff are lovely - very friendly, nice and helpful. The Guesthouse has car parking and great location. We will happily return. -

Really amazing place! Small hotel where you feel like at home. Great location close to all attractions. The people at the hotel are very helpful and even checked us in much earlier then normal check in time. Hopefully we will visit the hotel soon again -

My room was very clean and bright lanna stule decor. There is a lovely, well-kept garden, which I enjoyed a lot. The location is very good, because the old town is very close and in the evening you have a small, but delicious food market just a few minutes by foot from the hotel away. 5 stars! I stayed in this small guesthouse for7days. The room was very spacious, well cleaned and the bed was massive and comfy. I was really pleased by the decoration too. Even the room not included breakfast but you can go next to the reception and you will have fruits, biscuits, tea and coffee. Hotel in a great location. very close to the old town but not in the center so there is some greenery. We walked everywhere and enjoy our stay! -

This accomodation is pretty and in good location.It has only a few rooms but the room is spacious. The service is very nice, it's very clean, the room was cleaned every day :) the hotel has a beautiful Thai style.My room not included breakfast but they have free tea coffee Bread and fruit. Excelent place !! Thank you so much!! -

It is a nice little Hotel with only 4 rooms and flowers all around. We especially appreciated water heater and refrigerator in the room which by the way was spacy to get all our stuff stowed. The bed was comfortable and not as hard as we have had at other places in Thailand. The breakfast was only basic but the way into the center is less than 5 minutes if backup is needed. So no problem. All in all, we have liked to stay here and exteded by another day. Nothing to complain about.
