Small but charming hotel in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice breakfast selection, good coffee, and friendly staff who even gave helpful advice for my motorcycle tour which was to get enough gas.

Breakfast is wonderful, offering a wide variety of Western and Asian options in a buffet setup where you can enjoy as much as you like, and the facilities are equally impressive with high ceilings and excellent maintenance. The receptionist was very accommodating and, despite the language barrier, she did her best to assist us throughout our stay, proving to be both helpful and approachable. Overall, it was the best deal for me, with a clean and comfortable room, regular refills of amenities, attentive service that made guests feel valued, and a staff that was consistently kind and welcoming. The property has no available service elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the stairs but not a big deal.

Specious clean room and bathroom. Desk and chair in the room. Separate study room available for guests. Friendly and helpful staff. Air-conditioner not blowing directly on the bed. Location close to old city (10 minute walk). Iron and ironing board not available (plenty of laundries around though).

very pleasant helpful staff, clean functional room nice breakfast, excellent location a short walk to the old walled city Our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. We didn't mind but if you have mobility problems request a lower floor

The manager was very friendly and extremely helpful. She helped me book two day trips, gave me advice for hiking up Doi Suthep, made sure I had a takeaway breakfast on those days, helped me get my laundry done, and provided lots of helpful information about transportation options. I found the location to be perfect both for walking around and for transportation. I had a nice view of a temple outside my windows and lots of birds outside.

The room was impeccably maintained, with everything thoughtfully arranged. Dream was extremely kind and supportive throughout our stay, and she graciously assisted us with an early check-in as we were traveling with our 1-year-old daughter. The view from the room was stunning, and most major attractions were just a 10–15 minute walk away. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a varied spread that was different each day during our three-day stay.

We had a wonderful stay during our time in Chiang Mai. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. Our standard room was comfortable and just right for two people. We also booked a separate connecting room for our kids, which made it super convenient to have the rooms side by side while still giving everyone their own space. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Chiang Mai!

Pleasant staff, clean and functional. During Loy Kratongh festival the price did not go that crazy up. Lots of free snacks. Close to the city centre but staying in a quiet area. Breakfast was fine. Parking available. All good, the rooms are bit smaller but sufficient.

Staff is very pleasant. I liked the breakfast too. Location is OK, can walk to the downtown. It got a little bit more expensive. 1250 Baht is a bit too much for how small the room is, and there is no pool or sauna available.
