Room was at good condition. The value for money is good We only got one key for the room, bed's pillow was not comfortable. 15 minutes by walk from the Night Bazaar

Good location and friendly helpful staff. One electrical socket didn't work, and my friend had the identical issue in his room. So it was either the TV or the fridge for a while, until I moved the TV.

The staff is really friendly! There are a few massage shops and food place within walking distance. The room is big enough for three people to open the big luggage. The hotel doesn't take credit card payment, so please make sure you bring enough cash. The shower place is full of mould. The mould in the shower room is removable as I removed them with tissue. The air con is not really adjustable, so it was really freezing at night and we were not able to sleep well.

Everything was as expected and rhe hotel is clean, in a quiet location not far from thhe main street. The aircon was a bit noisy and the bath fittings seem to need an upgrade or repair but the warm hospitality of the family that runs it makes up for any shortfalls and more. Recommended for its value.

The staff working the Hotel are pretty amazing and were truly helpful in every aspect. I would definitely stay again if traveling back to Chang Mai.

The staff was super helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The location was really nice, just a bit off the the main road and a about a 20 minute walk to the night market. We had ask to have the room cleaned and towels replaced. During our week long stay I would have excepted the room to be cleaned 2 or 3 times.

Wifi not good. Aircon way too cold and couldn’t be adjusted. Found a cockroach in the room.
