Near the conference hotel (The Empress Hotel) Quiet for rest, full facility, good hot shower. Best quality of bed. Small portion of breakfast, but in this budget I think it’s OK.

It was decent for the money … good comfortable beds and linen but definitely not up there. The door of the room kept getting jammed. And the building was always dark. Staff were completely unhelpful

The sound outside entered the room very easily. This made me very uncomfortable, and I could not sleep deeply. The curtain in the bathroom is not good; the water leaks into the dry area.

Everything at the Buri was great: The location (about a 12-minute walk to the Night Bazaar (etc.), right across the main road from the Empress, and a 7/11 nearby), room size, facilities, hotel rate, cleanliness and wifi. The room even had mosquito wire screen which fitted my purpose as I don't like the air-con. The front desk staff were efficient, being able to answer questions concerning transportation in Chiang Mai and to the airport, and to produce a receipt of the stay in no time at all. The cons were kept to the minimum: better drainage in the shower and more clothes hangers in the room. Also, if we could have a small fitness center (without raising the room rates), that would be really great. Lastly, not concerning me much as I go for brunch than breakfast is the fact that the breakfast hours could be extended to 10 am, not just 9--and they could serve more variety of food.

very clean , good service very very noisy , Housekeeping pushing a cart very early in the morning more than 1 time , and a car in parking zone is noisy too , The room doesn't absorb sound at all.

very good location, nice stuff breakfast was OK! the room was quite dark and the window was with now view - only the AC and wall behind it. because of that the room was “wet” all the time.
