This place needs much improvement and has amazing potential I hope by the next time I'm there things will be much better in terms of cleanliness. I must compliment the wonderful girl who checked me in and made every effort to ensure that my stay was pleasant. The hotel desperately needs to be renovated and cleaned up, the rooms can benefit from some device that will help them smell better.

Great location near night bazaar, short walking distance to different kinds of restaurants. Staff was friendly, allowed me to early checkin. Room is clean and quiet. WiFi, AC as well as the shower are all good. If you have a limited budget and would like to find a great value hotel, Jade tower will be the right choice.
