Front desk was welcoming and cleaning staff were super nice and helpful! No bandaids available! Most of the ice machines weren’t working as well as elevators. Warms were a bit warm but after a while of being there it wasn’t too bad and there was a small wet spot next to the AC. It’s clean but not as clean as it should be for the amount of money that I payed for.

Nothing to be likable there. It was way too expensive for a rundown, shabby, property. Bathtub wasn’t working as weren’t the majority of the lights. Location is in the middle of a desolate suburb.

Was a good place to stay, and worked well for us. The check in staff was great.

The beds were comfortable. The ac in the room was amazing and worked really well. Only one elevator worked and the controls for the elevator were being cooled off by a standing air conditioner. The lamps and computer chair in my room were broken. The Roku didn’t work either. You can hear the trains all night long if you’re in a room on the side where the L runs.

The beds were pretty comfy I had a concert the day of check in and couldn’t even check in until 3 pm and when I was finally able to check in they took about 40 minutes to give us our card keys, only one elevator worked, only one of our card keys worked, ac wasn’t very good either

Ac barely works and it makes noise for no reason. Hair in the bathtub and there’s a stench coming out of the room. Elevator didn’t work and there’s mold smell coming from the stairs. Everything except the lobby it was decent

The location was close to my job. It was nasty and when I say nasty I mean cob webs and hair on the bathroom walls and ceiling nasty. I had my wife and kids with me and the room was dark, filthy and uncomfortable as a result. We literally slept with our clothes on and left early as a result of the poor filthy conditions.

Disappointed was no restaurant and at the hotel and the eating places we're far away Bed were comfortable, fighting in the room poor.
-
That they only had one elevator for the hole hotel that worked and it was very scratch there
-
The bed was comfortable, but there was only two small pillows for a king size bed. The room was spacious and very clean. The parking lot was really rough. A lot of cars with flat tires. The entrance seem like it was broken to go through the gate. We had a shower but we couldn't turn it on. The TV buffered the whole time we were trying to watch a show. No security. The elevators did not work so we had to take the stairs the whole time. It looked like all the money was spent in the lobby and not in the hallways of the hotel.
