- Very close proximity to the Red Line and buses. - For those who are interested in Chinatown, perfect location to explore the neighborhood. - Reasonable nightly rate. - The room I stayed in had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. - The bed was slightly uncomfortable when sleeping on the side or face down. I would recommend that guests sleep on their backs. - The provided towel was dirty and had a foul smell. Thankfully I had brought my own bath towel as well as slippers, which I encourage all prospective guests to pack with them. - Sound isolation between rooms was not the best, I could hear a movie that another guest was watching. I could also hear when people spoke in the hallway.

It was easy to use the key to unlock the door We booked 2 rooms and they were similar. When you open the door, you smell bleach. The furniture is very old and damaged. The bed seemed clean, but we saw various hairs on it. The window did not open to ventilate the room. There was no toilet paper in either bathroom, but receptionist gave it to us upon our request. When I first washed my hands and dried them with a towel, a long white hair stuck to my hand (I am brunette). There is a lot of dust under the bed.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Shower small, loud during the day, no hair dryer, used shampoo

Perfect for their price
-
Great location for the price. A lot of nice restaurants and shops around. A walking distance to the subway station. The room had bare necessities. The walls are very thin. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a party that either arrived or was departing.

Decent facilities but no elevator so you had to walk up multiple flights of stairs to get to your room if you are on the 3rd floor or higher. Also LOUD LOUD LOUD other guests who are fugging shouting and screaming at 3-4am preventing you from getting any sleep whatsoever. I guess in the future you can call them to get those other tenants to shut up but the walls are paper thin. Could not get a single wink of sleep. D+ because they have a decent lounge with free water but that’s about it for their amenities.

It should not fall into hotel category, it should be hostel. The bedsheet, chairs and comforter are not cleaned. Here and there stain marks are there. I am totally disappointed with this stay, I will call expedia separately to discuss on the same. They should verify before enlisting any property into there website. Terrible experience!! Waste of money

There was a smell of cigarette smoke mixed with bleach everywhere including the room. The bed was squeezing and not comfortable, and there were random screams from outside of the room.

Location I didn’t like anything about the property.
-
There was no toilet paper in the restroom and no basic amenities were provided. The room had a moldy smell to it. And there is no elevator.
