Chinatown Hotel Chicago

They said I booked a suite upon arrival, but I only ordered a double queen room. I had no choice but to accept it because I was already there. THE WORST SUITE I’VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!! If you're just looking to sleep for a night, maybe, but I wouldn't stay again.

Parking was five minutes away from the hotel.

Great location, cheap prices The room’s floors felt very dirty. The shower curtain had mold in it and we didn’t have a fresh roll of toilet paper in a suite room for 4 adults. There’s no elevator. Walls are EXTREMELY thin. Smoke detector in the room was covered in plastic. Beds were a FULL size, not Queen. There was no chairs for the desk and the room didn’t even have any clothes hangers.

No elevator had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Nothing updated . Very run down. I had to switch rooms since the bed was unmade.Holes in the ceiling, no t.p. Tv didn’t work. I didn’t care I needed to sleep 6 hours and go to work.

Don’t even want to spend time writing anything, put like this , my wife was showering a a person got into the room and by the time a came back they were gone, this happened because the lock was broken at the room

The convenience. I hadn't planned my trip, so it was easy to find and book at the last minute. Nothing.

The location was very convenient since it’s in Chinatown. There were a lot of spots to shop and eat. It’s walking distance from the Red line station. The only con was that there was no refrigerator in the room.
